Got a motion notice on my ring doorbell, and i see a guy tromping through my brand new grass that we paid 1800 dollars to have installed to leave a flyer on our front door- that has a no soliciting sign. My husband got home 15 minutes after the were there, and found the flier that was left- hydrosteam. I texted the number on the flyer asking if it was hydrosteam, and got an immediate response. I let them know how disrespectful it was that he was having a representative of his company walk on our law that we spent so much, and work so hard on. i have him on camera walking through my neighbors yards like this as well.... No response. read and ignored. After reading these other reviews... especially ones from former employees saying they were encouraged to walk on lawns to save time... i won't be using them. If they cant respect the exterior of my home or apologize for disrespecting it, they sure as SHIT won't be welcomed into the inside.

Kevin was early for the appointment that was set. was ready to go had everything in order. Inspected my carpets and set price which was very reasonable. He explained what was necessary and did the job in a very timely manner. Will use the company again and again. Carpets look great. Thanks Kevin!

They showed up on time, Very professional. I had a really bad pet order problem and Kevin went right too work getting rid of the stain and that nasty smell, saving me thousands of dollars in carpet replacement. Thanks Kevin I'll definitely tell everyone about hydrosteam

My door has a No Solicitors sign on it. With specific instruction not to leave anything on my door. It is disrespectful for you to ignore that and hang a sign on my door. Why would I give my business to a company that can't follow that specific instruction?

I have used Hydro Steam twice and both times I have been extremely impressed. Kevin made our carpets look like new and they smelled really fresh. Both homes had existing pet stains and they are now gone.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. I purchased the Move Out Special $150.00. Tech said the carpet needed a deep scrub (additional $85.00) I am not the professional so I assumed that is what the carpet needed. When done I signed the paper that the job was complete. My Realtor said not a good job at all. Had her carpet cleaner come out and took out all track marks and dirty residue. Tried to get Hydro Steam owner to correct the issues but would not.

I have used Hydrosteam the past few years and have really appreciated the quality service and attention to detail. My carpets always look great and Kevin usually makes friendly recommendations and how to get longer life from my carpets. I would recommend to anyone.

Not My Experience...



I read the previously posted reviews after I used Kevin and his service and I can honestly say that my experience was not reflected with the previous reviews. They are certainly not indicative of the quality of service and care I received. I met Kevin through a carpet cleaning flyer posted on my door. I called, and Kevin and I set up an appointment. On the appointment day, he arrived somewhat late, however, he called well in advance to inform me of the delay. When he arrived, he was very courteous and professional. He surveyed the rooms I requested and offered me a fair price. I agreed to the service and he immediately began. He worked as promised, and as of this writing, my carpets are still drying, but there is a marked difference in the color and finish. Kevin was courteous and professional during the entire encounter, and made sure to keep me informed of the progress. He answered all of my questions adequately. As of this writing, the final product was more than satisfactory. Up to now, I have no complaints or concerns with the service or professionalism of Kevin. Based on what I experienced, I would recommend him to others, and would use his service again as a return customer.

Terrible!

Worst service ever! Made carpet worse than when they started. Then when I called to ask about it, the started yelling curse words and refused to fix it. Nothing but a scam. Someone should put them out of business. Please read all reviews regarding this business. They do terrible work.

What a scam! Top dollar and left carpets wet for days. Smelt terrible and made bleach spots in carpeting. Worker posed to be the owner and yet when called because we were unsatisfied, he claims not to be the owner. Admitted that the valve came loose and he lost suction power but refused to come back in the house and check WET carpeting. We had to use our own equipment to pull water from carpets and now company won't pick up the phone!! Discusted.
