I have eaten at JRs at least 6 times. Only once was my steak tough. I have always had good food. But, a friend of mine told me that the First time she was there, she ordered the Baby Back Ribs. She said that they were so Tough she could hardly cut them. She complained because they were tough. She likes them when they almost FALL OFF the Bone. Someone at the restaurant told her that when they are FALL Off the bone they are overcooked. They need to know that THAT is the WAY People WANT THEM. Maybe they are overdone when they are Falling off the bone, but That is the way MOST people WANT THEM, prefer them. not long ago, I saw a recipe for crock Pot Spare ribs. The description was that they FALL OFF the Bone. Chefs need to also please the customers. They might do a survey to see how people WANT THEM, not how the Chefs feel they should be done. Pleasing customers is Very important. I give it a 4, as most of the time I have enjoyed the food. i will definitely come again. My friend who didn't like the Ribs came with me a second time, and really Enjoyed her food. Again, FALL off the bone ribs is how Most people prefer it.
