Called 4 times, left 2 messages, no response. Don't waste your time. Very unprofessional business. Where is the 0 star rating?

Same as others have said.....don't show up on time, or they don't show up at all. Do not return calls. They were supposed to come back, said he needed a part that was at the shop, never came back. Piece of crap cheap company that will eastern your time. Even called weeks after them not showing up and he asked If my fridge was still broke. DUH

My homeowners insurance sent out a new dishwasher and contracted Tri City Appliance to dispose of the old one and install the new one. The first appointment they never showed up and when I called they said if I would have called earlier they would have tried to make it...my appointment was from 12-5 the 2nd appointment they showed up and asked if I had someone that wanted my old dishwasher because they couldn't take it, NO ITS BROKEN! He never pulled it out, just looked under it and told me I didn't have the correct hoses and should have a plumber come reconfigure the pipes for proper draining. He said he would get the hose he needed and be back on Monday to install the new one...never showed! When I called they said they forgot to put me on the schedule but they would be here the next day, at 4:15 the next day I called and they said they were on their way, at 5:15 my insurance company called and said they called and told them I needed my plumbing brought up to code before the new dishwasher could be installed. I called another company and it was installed with all the same pipes and hoses as the old one with no problem! If TriCity Appliance didn't want to do the work they should have said that instead of wasting my time off of work and frustration fighting with them and my insurance company!

"C" for effort, "F" for results. "Repairman" was a rookie. The 'plug 'n play' strategy [he couldn't understand machine's diagnostics'] didn't work on Day #1; ordered more "plug 'n play" parts for later in the week. I should have followed my gut and gone to Lowe's for a $500 replacement washer [this POC is a 3-yr old Whirlpool].

Mr. Jackson was very nice and knowledgeable. My "new" refrigerator broke down for the 4th time in 14 months and he was the 4th company sent to fix it. Mr. Jackson was the only repairman that actually fixed it correctly. He also took the time to explain what was wrong and possible causes. We have not had any trouble since. I would definately recommend him to anyone.
