About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Miller Mart

Yesterday I came into the Miller Mart and asked for 10 lottery tickets. The clerk asked me if I wanted those on one ticket or separate. I said separate. She laid the tickets down on the counter and I laid down a $20 dollar bill. As I walked away I started counting the tickets. I only had 7 tickets. I went back to the counter and stated "mame you only gave me 7 tickets"...she immediately started getting nasty. She told me I should have counted my tickets before I left the counter. She slammed her hand down on the counter. I asked to speak to the manager. she stated that the manager was not there. I asked her to check the machine. She went to the machine and printed off a receipt looked at it crumpled it and throw it away...she said "well the machine said $20". I believe that piece of paper indicated that 10 tickets had not been printed. I asked again for the manager who was not there. I stated that I needed either speak to the manager or the police. She started cussing and telling me she didn't give damn who I called. I called the police. Although they came and spoke with her; which they indicated that she was being difficult, I was informed that this was a civil matter. Basically they stole $6.00 of my money or 3 possible winning tickets. I called the number that was given to me for the manager. Upon attempting to leave a message for the manager and the machine was turned off. I called back and someone asked the phone and then I was hung up on. I called again and the telephone was never answer nor did the machine come on. I am going to continue to reach the manager or BP corp office to determine who will resolve this issue. Also, someone needs to fire that woman.
