We were in the market to buy a new kid-friendly car before having our daughter. We had narrowed our search down to Nissan & Honda and decided to hit NB Nissan first. Our overall experience was positive. I feel we got a fair price on the vehicle we purchased used from Mark Brill. The only thing I kicked myself for was we didn't verify the key/fob situation so we ended up with only 1 key and no fob for the door locks....my own fault but we should have negotiated an additional key & 2 fobs into the sale (by the time I asked, the price had already been agreed upon & they won since we didn't feel like trying to negotiate further). The finance guy was pleasant as well (sorry, don't remember your name!) and got us a stellar rate on our loan. The warranty sold to us also seemed like a very good deal ($2100 for 6 year / 60k miles...if you never use it, you get all your money back) especially for purchasing a 3 year old vehicle.Besides the key issue the only thing that didn't happen is that we never got a walk-through of the car & it's features, so it has taken us some time to figure things out.Update 1 Year after purchasing:I finally reached the point that I needed to get the tires rotated on my Murano. Took it into my Dad's tried, tested, and trusted friend at the local Tire Store (I've moved to Sacramento since purchasing the car) and what do you know? 1 year and 8000 miles later, the car needs new tires. The tread was so low that the sales person warned me they they legally might *have* to replace 2 of the tires (turned out he could let me leave but said they need to be replaced before the rain hits). Why is this NB Nissan's problem? Because when we purchased the car I specifically asked the sales-person about the tires and he stated that they install new tires on all used cars before selling them. Unfortunately I believed him. I did contact NB Nissan and received a phone call back from Lars, the sales manager. They can't do anything & don't believe that any of their salesmen would tell a customer that they put new tires on their cars because they simply don't do that; tires have to still have 50% of their tread; and since it has been a year there is nothing they can do about it. Really ticks me off that I was lied to, even though Lars didn't believe me. So the only thing that I can really do is to review them and go shell out $850 on new tires. Lessons have been learned and re-affirmed (i.e. never trust a used-car-salesman). And to think that I was worried about buying a car private party back in 2007, but in retrospect that experience was a whole heck of a lot more positive than this one.
Mechanics got greasy hand prints all over my car manager Bill McAllister had told me that I did it to my own vehicle. I've never been so disrespected and angry and my life with the company I would never recommend this place to anybody who wants professional courteous service they take the Chevy name and put it in the dirt good company terrible management
Walked into the lot looking for a new car for my daughter and walked out as satisfied as ever. The employees Victor Maldonado and Maria Velez were both very friendly which made the buying process earlier. Most sales reps will be on your case but at Nissan they were very patient. They also gave me such a great price on our new Sentra SR. While receiving the car Josh Switzer was more than happy to show us the various features to the car. Overall I would definitely return in the future. Plus they are always having great deals!
Got the best deal here. Great experience, thanks!
Words cannot explain the most amazing and caring person, Gaby Sayavedra! She was honest helpful and got to the point. She knew exactly what I was looking for and got me the best deal ever! I was looking for a new Altima Nissan 2015 in the color white with black interior, when Gaby approached me by calling me and giving me a time and location. I was there. We chatted up quite a long time and got into the paper work. It was definitely hard and efficient work for me! But they helped so much! Gaby is just the best person! GO to HER! I love her
This dealership is amazing! I was looking for a new Altima 2.5S. When I knew they have the car with exact model/trim/package and color in stock, I began to negotiate the price with the salesman Bruce Higbie and he helped me to get an amazing deal! The deal was too good to be true, so I asked Bruce to make sure I'm qualified for Nissan finance to get this deal before I went there. He was very nice to help me run the credit check and told me I was qualified. Then I told him if they keep this deal for me, I will buy from them. I told him "now you have my words, can I have yours?" He called and told me he will keep his promise, that's a very critical personal quality. So I trusted him and ask my friend to drive two hours to get there. When I saw Bruce, he was very nice and helpful to make the whole process very smooth. He truly did what he promised for me!!! This "my-word-you-word" thing is so beautiful! Bruce did an excellent example for the other dealers and built my confidence for this dealership system. Then the financial man Andrew Kubichek helped me to set up everything quickly and answered all my questions in great patience and details. After all things are settled down, Bruce still came with me in the car and showed me how to everything in great detail. This dealership experience totally changed my impression for salesman. I really appreciated Bruce's and Andrew's help! I'm extremely happy with my new car! Thanks a lot!
It's been a while since I purchase a new vehicle and visiting a car dealership. I was informed from a colleague about her purchase of a vehicle and the gentleman that sold her the car. Therefore I visited the dealership and requested the salesman of Tierney and what a realistic person he is. Not at all aggressive but very informative and realistic...he did put me at ease. I still have my reservations about purchasing a new vehicle but if I do it will be with him for sure.
Awesome sales team - never felt pressure and they worked with the time frame and budget we had. Mark Brill was kind and respectful and did not try and sell us something that was beyond our means. I have always gone here for Juan and Randy in the Service Department but now I can confidently say that I had a great experience with Mark and that he will listen and find you the car that is best for you. Thank you again Mark - great job.
Mark Brill is an outstanding sales representative. He is friendly, helpful, and knows his products well. Without any pressure at all I purchased the vehicle I wanted at a great price. The transaction was very fair and easy. Between my wife and three kids I have purchased more than 40 cars from dealerships over the last 30 years. This, by far, was the best experience I've every had at a dealership. Well done!! I recommend Mark to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. I will go back to Mark the next time I purchase a vehicle. Go to Mark Brill, you won't be disappointed. Here is his number: 415-706-6865.
It is just a great dealership. Couldn't ask for a better quality service then the experience I encountered today. I wasn't pressured on buying anything, they helped me and explained every step as I was getting closer to purchasing my fist vehicle. As a first time buyer I was just over satisfied with everything. From the staff's behavior and attentiveness, to the price, to the feeling of the atmosphere, to the overall experience. North Bay Nissan is the way to go for any type of buyer. I would suggest this place to anyone looking for a vehicle.
