        The folks who work here are friendly, professional people with working knowledge of the incredibly complex, multi-faceted technologies, practices and procedures with which they work.
        T-Mobile’s systems can sometimes make a procedure like switching one’s phones over from another carrier (Xfinity in this case, which may introduce its own particular complexities?) into a trial.
        When such things take much longer than they should, it starts really mattering whether the people you’re working with are congenial, helpful, informed and doing their best. These guys were.
