This dealership is amazing! I was looking for a new Altima 2.5S. When I knew they have the car with exact model/trim/package and color in stock, I began to negotiate the price with the salesman Bruce Higbie and he helped me to get an amazing deal! The deal was too good to be true, so I asked Bruce to make sure I'm qualified for Nissan finance to get this deal before I went there. He was very nice to help me run the credit check and told me I was qualified. Then I told him if they keep this deal for me, I will buy from them. I told him "now you have my words, can I have yours?" He called and told me he will keep his promise, that's a very critical personal quality. So I trusted him and ask my friend to drive two hours to get there. When I saw Bruce, he was very nice and helpful to make the whole process very smooth. He truly did what he promised for me!!! This "my-word-you-word" thing is so beautiful! Bruce did an excellent example for the other dealers and built my confidence for this dealership system. Then the financial man Andrew Kubichek helped me to set up everything quickly and answered all my questions in great patience and details. After all things are settled down, Bruce still came with me in the car and showed me how to everything in great detail. This dealership experience totally changed my impression for salesman. I started my search for a new car at Manly Hyundai, and had a truly horrible experience. I test drove a 2012 Sonata, and I liked it and wanted to see what kind of deal they would offer. The sales men were so pushy, basically saying that if I didn't pull the trigger on their offer (which was pretty much MSRP) then the car wouldn't be for sale tomorrow (like they had the only Sonata for sale in the entire petaluma area?). Anyway, it left a truly bad taste in my mouth regarding car dealerships and sales people. The next day I decided I wanted to test drive an Elantra, and a friend suggested Team Hyundai so I went up there, loved the Elantra, but unfortunately they only had it in a color I wasn't interested in. On a whim I headed down to Petaluma Hyundai. Upon arriving I saw the new 2012 Hyundai Veloster and basically fell in love with it. I worked with sales consultant Dan who made the whole car buying experience completely stress free. He was so easy to work with, was knowledgeable about the product, and I never felt pressured like I did at the dealership. He got me a great deal on the car, a good price for my trade, and didn't try to sell me any gimmicky dealer packages. After reading the excellent reviews on the service department, I'm feeling confident I made the right decision in buying my car here.
This is the first time I have not felt pressured at a dealership and the first time I was looking forward to writing a review! I was nervous/skeptical about purchasing/leasing an electric car and both Guy Crosbie and Ron Coury were a great team; they not only answered all my questions, but made me feel comfortable, making my concerns go away. They provided me with a pressure free purchase and took the time to explain the wonders of this crazy electric car. They provided me with awesome service and directed me to all the special incentives as well as electric car websites that I can use from my phone while I am commuting (on the side of the road). Guy spent a great deal explaining all the gadgets and extras in the car while Ron explained all the neat features of the "carwings" as well as the online community when it comes to electric cars. Even when I was signing all the paperwork, Sam (Finance Manager) was awesome! We actually had a real conversation and he didn't try and sell me the normal and famous "old school dealership triple undercoat package." Needless to say, I am very happy with my experience and would not hesitate to recommend Guy, Ron, Sam, and North Bay Nissan; they do it the right way.
Mark Brill is an outstanding sales representative. He is friendly, helpful, and knows his products well. Without any pressure at all I purchased the vehicle I wanted at a great price. The transaction was very fair and easy. Between my wife and three kids I have purchased more than 40 cars from dealerships over the last 30 years. I was looking for a new Altima Nissan 2015 in the color white with black interior, when Gaby approached me by calling me and giving me a time and location. I was there. It is just a great dealership. Couldn't ask for a better quality service then the experience I encountered today. I wasn't pressured on buying anything, they helped me and explained every step as I was getting closer to purchasing my fist vehicle. As a first time buyer I was just over satisfied with everything. From the staff's behavior and attentiveness, to the price, to the feeling of the atmosphere, to the overall experience. North Bay Nissan is the way to go for any type of buyer. Walked into the lot looking for a new car for my daughter and walked out as satisfied as ever. The employees Victor Maldonado and Maria Velez were both very friendly which made the buying process earlier. Most sales reps will be on your case but at Nissan they were very patient. They also gave me such a great price on our new Sentra SR. While receiving the car Josh Switzer was more than happy to show us the various features to the car. Overall I would definitely return in the future. Plus they are always having great deals!
It's been a while since I purchase a new vehicle and visiting a car dealership. I was informed from a colleague about her purchase of a vehicle and the gentleman that sold her the car. Therefore I visited the dealership and requested the salesman of Tierney and what a realistic person he is. Not at all aggressive but very informative and realistic...he did put me at ease. I still have my reservations about purchasing a new vehicle but if I do it will be with him for sure.
My husband and I had the greatest experience buyin a car here and Guy was am=n awesome salesman, he made sure we were getting the best deal and was always helpful, alot of other dealers need someone like him, he is professional, honest, curteous, and he never stops helping and always kept us well informed. if you go to Northbay Nissan ask for Guy he will take care of you! Awesome sales team - never felt pressure and they worked with the time frame and budget we had. Mark Brill was kind and respectful and did not try and sell us something that was beyond our means.
