WORST HOTEL EVER! - - Today
I've stayed at some dogs in my life, but this has got to be the WORST HOTEL EVER! First I was booked on a non-smoking room, non-smoking floor. YEAH IT STANK LIKE CIGARETTES! I complained after 3 minutes of being there and the ""girl"" behind the desk was more interested in going back and sitting in her chair in the office out of sight than helping me. She NEVER offered me to change rooms and basically gave me a oh well attitude. While watching television I glanced up above my bed and saw little cobweb pieces hanging down from the ""stuccoed"" ceiling. Because I am an asthma sufferer, I did not sleep. Not 30 seconds! I couldn't wait to get out of there! When I spoke to the Manager on duty in the morning he was rude, arrogant and did not offer me any satisfaction despite the fact that my dark circles were extremely evident. FOLKS, THIS IS A LOT TO PAY TO NOT SLEEP! I didn't even mention that the air condition made a ""THEM"" like noise every couple of minutes. Orange juice tasted like water that someone squeezed a orange over about 5 gallons and thought they were doing us a favor adding a couple of drops. To add insult to injury the Super 8 home office did NOTHING. Yes, that's right NOTHING! Save yourself! Find a different hotel you'll thank me later!
