Secret Nails

Excellent ! Great achievement in cleanliness , sanitation , customers services and quality , fantastic designs . Very busy salon , if you can make appointment first , the services may quite easier ! Highly recommended !

Horrible rude owner and workers. Terrible service on no Chip gel. The owner applied gel French tip on my nails while sitting in the chair getting a pedicure, because she was too busy and rushing. She was too busy directing and greeting customers as they came in the door, wasn't paying attention to what she was doing with my nails. Literally looked like a child slathered polish on my nails. Walked out totally upset with how they looked and went back after visiting another store to ask for my money back, to only be told to sit back down so she could fix them, with only an hour to spare before a wedding. The owner told me to come back the next day to fix them. So I went back the next day and the owner made me sit for an hour waiting to get them redone, and then proceeded to tell me to pick out a solid color because I am too picky for white tips (no refund for paying extra). After 3 days of the solid color being on they started chipping. I proceeded to go back in to ask for my money back again and the owner said we do not refund per policy, only fix. Told me to sit down and painted over the chips and stuck it back under the light. Now they are creased and ridged and again look like a child painted them! No skill at all! And TERRIBLE customer Service! All this for $35!

Terrible experience! Service was subpar to say the least! Aside from paying more attention to the television than doing a pedicure, they left my two year old niece sitting while three of us got pedicures. Even drained the water in her tub, which was the only fun she was having!! When someone actually decided to paint her nails (she's had her nails painted at a salon before), the guy wasn't very accomadating and even threw his hands in the air and exclaimed, "well come on!" when she moved her toe! She was scared and we were angry! What was supposed to be a fun girls day was dampened by unprofessional nail techs! My sister in law finally told the guy to calm down because he was rolling his eyes and scaring my neice with his outbursts. We should have left sooner! After paying, I told the guy who worked on my niece and I that we did NOT have a good experience and he told me to have a nice day! Very disappointed in the customer service and saddened that my SILs birthday outing was ruined by having th defend her two year old from a sassy, nail tech bully!! Will never go back and will share my terrible experience with everyone I can!

horrible. had to go back and get a nail fixed and the woman was so rude and took no time on it. i do not suggest it
