        For some reason (cutbacks) Horizons (Medicaid) decided to stop paying for better quality chux pads which I require. After months of appeals, Horizons decided to reverse their decision and pay for the better quality chux pads. With the help of representative at Horizons, I tried several medical suppliers who either didn't know what they were doing or just did not want to deal with the tremendous amount of paperwork. After working on this for almost a year. I along with my representative at Horizons were just about to give up when she said let's try just one more supplier. That supplier was Genao's Medical Supplies. I was lucky when I met Mo, an employee of Genao's. There were so many times when he ran into obstacles. A lesser person would have said forget about it, this is not going to happen but not Mo. He worked diligently to overcome everything that was standing in his way. Long story short, I am finally receiving the medical supplies needed. I have to say Thank You, Mo for working so hard to make this come to fruition. Genao's is very lucky to have an employee like you.
