        Ken's sent out an arrangment for me the flowers exceede my expections and my girlfriend appreciated them very much. I sent them to her work and they delivered them early enough for her to really enjoy them.

        Very professional and helpful on the telephone; ordered from out-of-state (found on the Internet).

        One of my coworkers asked me to order some flowers for a customer's wife who was recovering from surgery. I went to the Internet Yellow Pages and found the listing for Ken's Flower Shops. The person who took my call was very pleasant, professional and helpful. Since I do not know the person I was ordering the flowers for, Ken's representative made some very helpful suggestions within my price range. If I have an occasion to need flowers in the Toledo area again, I will definitely call Ken's Flower Shops.
