Told a buddy of mine he needed brakes when brakes were only 3 months old. Took it to another shop the looked at them and said the stickers were still on the pads and all is well.

Complaint filed w/BBB. Not taking responsibility for part broken during regular oil change. First agreed to inspect at no cost, and go from there. When I returned to shop, was told it would be $88 just to inspect. Part was not broken upon arrival. Cannot trust this shop.

Mechanics you can trust! Have you ever just wished you could take your car to a place that would "sell" you a repair that you don't need. Tom's Tire is the kind of place that if you take your car in thinking you need brakes replaced and it turns out that your brakes are just fine, they will tell you that and usually won't charge you for taking a look at it. They have INTEGRITY!!! They are usually less expensive than their competitors too!
