My son and I went in to evaluate a handgun for purchase. The guy behind the counter was rude and borderline threatening. I will not recommend them, and would actively recommend no one go there. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Everything I expected and more. I have to thank those who have made reviews on this store previously, because it was those notes that drove my decision to try the store out. I walked in a bundle of nerves, not sure what to expect. But quickly after walking in, this professional staff, removed the anxiety and helped me find the right gun for me. I would definitely say Indy Trading Post is a place to go, the professionalism and knowledge are everything you'd want from ANY retail experience.
Our experience was awesome! Needed to buy a holster and the customer service was top notch. He took the time to make sure it was the correct fit and the prices were very reasonable. He took the time to show us the guns we wanted to see and explain them all to us as well. When I am ready to buy my first guy I am definitely going here and I live over 3 hours away!!
Excellent customer service, especially for new shooters. I wasn't made to feel like an idiot for asking questions, whereas most other shops failed in that aspect. Recently, they've been low on stock, but that's been pretty much all across the board with this gun-buying frenzy. Every shop I've been to, both large chain stores and small mom-n-pop shops, all have low inventory on handguns, AR-15's and ammo. But just keep checking in, you'll find a great deal. Their prices can't be beat. I bought my M&P for $100 less than most other places.
