New Beginnings Custom Chrome

Our MG club dropped off things to be chromed eight months ago. It took us three months to get our stuff and even then one major part was missing. "TED", the apparent owner said he would do that piece the next week. We paid for all of the work, including $450 for the final part. It has now been 5 more months and he still has not sent it. Nor will he answer or return phone calls. But it appears he is still in business. Also, I checked the Better Business Bureau for his city and they him rated as "F" and the scale is from "A+" to "F". So he is at the bottom of the heap. I suggest you stay away from this business, if that is what it can be called.

I sent some parts to this business to be replated. A few days later, they called and told me that the items were finished and to send payment. I then sent them a money order for the full payment. I never received my items. I have called and left emails, but they won't reply.
