        Poor customer service

        Went last Sunday with groupon coupon the clerk told me they always booked weekend first Sunday ll be after 2 week
        Was upset since i drove over 1 h
        Then store manager jump to our conversation with a rude nasty attitude said it is my fault since I have to call th first
        Actually they must fired her
        She made me hate the idea to come to that place
        They must hire a professional manager who can deal with a customer not a school kid

        Overall

        After trying a lot of sports we wanted to try this . Big Mistake! We felt the staff wanted us to sign our lives away ! Not enough Safety there ' ! That explains Their Many Deaths There Every Year !! Watch Out ! We Left we DID NOT FEEL IT WAS SAfE ENOUGH . We did something else that day
