Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire are straight shooters which I really appreciate. Not everyone in that industry is, but they hold themselves to the highest ethical standard.

I have recommended Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire to business colleauges of mine who we use and pass the information on to them.
I couldn't think of anything I would have wanted to go differently working with Bruce at Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire, and continue to be very happy with what they're doing.
Extremely professional. Mark Ferrill and the entire group take great care in making certain that the client is informed of all aspects of the home selling and buying process. We have been fortunate to have The Knell Group provide us with great representation in all our real estate transactions over the past 15 plus years. Highly recommend.
We did work with Coldwell Banker Commerical - Devonshire to promote downtown development in Peoria. We absolutely had a great experience working with them.
Listed and sold my house with The Knell Group this winter. They did an outstanding job! Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended!
The realtor I worked with from Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty in Peoria was very experienced and helpful and I would absolutely work with them again.
The worse apartment I have ever lived. No human being from this management cares about the needs of the residents. This is a porperty management that does not care about the safety of her residents especially when it snows. When it snows you are told to buy your own shovel and salt. Who makes such decision's that when it snows residents have to plough the snow espoecially on the stairs? If I had my way, I will move out of my apartment before my lease ends because I think these property managemnt puts profits first before the safety of its residents. A word to the wise is enough.
If you find yourself looking for a house, apartment, or duplex and notice that Principle Property Management is your renter, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Lawn maintenance was part of the lease. However, in order to get their lawn crew (which was a 16-year old boy) to mow the lawn, it required multiple requests to their office. They are slow to respond to maintenance requests, if they even respond at all. And if you have complaints about other tenants, expect them to fall upon deaf ears.
