Technician was very aggressive with the repair of the refrigerator, the old part wouldn't come out easy so he became agitated with the refrigerator jerking on it . Laid a dirty old rug as a mat on our new granite and didn't even clean up after himself . EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SERVICE...

Repair on my washer was very good, but technicians did not have the parts for my fridge, despite knowing what needed repaired. I had to order the parts and schedule another appointment for 9 days later. No big deal until the day of the repair came and I received a call at 12:00 noon saying the repairman was sick (the appointment was for 8-12) and that I could reschedule for more than a month later. Totally unprofessional on the phone. Requested to speak to a supervisor and was told I would receive a call back two hours later. Twelve hours later and I have not received a call. Contacted a local repair shop, and they'll be here tomorrow. Last time I ever call on Sears, and since they closed all their stores in my area, my next durable goods purchase will be elsewhere despite always having Kenmore in the past. Poor customer service. No wonder Sears is tanking.

Didn't like the repairman. Danny seemed to have an attitude when he called to let me know he was on his way & my wife didn't like him either.Repair was fine.
