Called you guys not even a week ago, ask about my dell pc you told me I needed a new power supply, said sure how much , u said around 40.00. Well I had time today so I came to u and to be told its 60.00 HOW IS THAT AROUND 40.00. U made a call than came out to me said I don't know who you talk with but is 60. IWAS TRYING TO HELP THE LITTLE GUY OUT. YOUONLY HAVE A FEW WORKER IN PEKIN. You are not best buy so u know who talk with me . I am a business owner too. I WILL NOT BE BACK NO TIME IN LIFE FOR GAMES.
Great experience!! Very friendly people!! My laptop hard drive was replaced, OS software was installed, antivirus and PC cleaning software was installed, and all of my data was recovered and put on to my new hard drive. These people totally saved my laptop and saved me a few coins since Geek Squad was going to charge me $450, but Nerds On Call charged half that and fixed it in half the time. Although I no longer live in Peoria, I will definitely be shipping my laptop to them in the future should any problems come up, which I hope not fingers crossed knock on wood.
Excellent job replacing a cracked laptop screen. Kept me up to date with calls - when they actually started diagnosis, with the estimate, when the parts came in, and again when it was ready for pickup. Very courteous. Elapsed time from drop off to pickup - 6 calendar days.
Unlike the 'geeks' who were rude, arrogant, and lied about having called me with an estimate. The 'geeks' estimate was $356. The Nerds on Call bill was $197.

So I took my laptop in to get my keyboard replaced. Nice guys, seemed concerned with the issue. Quoted me what the price would probably be. They said they would order it.
Jump ahead TWO WEEKS, and I hadn't heard anything. I call on a Saturday morning, the guy said he didn't have it in yet, but would follow up with me. I get a call today, (Monday), by another guy, who said they can't order my keyboard. Monday guy didn't know about my Saturday call, and was just "closing out old tickets". SO, They can't get the part, and I had to wait two weeks to find this out. Like I said, besides taking FOREVER, they were nice and courteous, which saved them from getting 1 star.
I had a wonderful experience with these guys. Top notch service! Fixed problems that other repair shops could not fix. I am telling all my friends to go there!
