Overall
Does not stand behind service!

I would not recommend this business! My mom has been a very local customer of Mike Miller Auto Park. She has purchased her last few vehicles here and has all of her maintenance done by the service department (EVERYTHING - even the oil changes). She recently had a leak in her transmission that was repaired in February. About 2 or 3 weeks later, she noticed her transmission was leaking again. After bringing the vehicle back in, she was told the new leak would need to be repaired (and that it was not related to the first leak). Uneasy about the explanation, she took my husband back in with her to meet with the service manager. Their explanation changed on this visit when my husband (with a mechanical background) was there and understood what they were talking about. As it turns out, the new leak was caused while they were repairing the first leak. Instead of fixing what they damaged, they offered to split the costs with her. While that was a nice gesture, it is not acceptable in my opinion. I believe if they broke it, they should fix it. If they treat a loyal customer like this, I would not want to be a first time or in-frequent customer here. They did not stand behind their repairs, which speaks volumes about the company.
