Stopped here yesterday 07/17/2017.....the entrance door on east side was so damn dirty!!! Once inside as I was ordering the gal behind counter seemed as if she was tweeking out....had to pause my order as a woman and gentleman that were dining inside had to inform her that garbage was overflowing onto floor in dining area!! Ok, that's fine....the tweeking worker then got my order and as I watched her filling my order she raised her shirt to wipe sweat off her forehead and brows.....disgusting!!! The manager of this place needs to find some workers that are not drugged out and know how to do some cleaning instead of standing sweating doing nothing......will not enter this place again!!!!!
MY ISSUE STARTED YESTERDAY AROUND 4:OO P.M.....HERE IS MY PROBLEM AND THE OUTCOME OF MY INCIDENT..........FOR I HAD DELETED MY ORIGINAL COMPLAINT UNTIL IT HAS BEGUN AN AWESOME CARING AND UNDERSTANDING THE WHOLE COMPLAINT SO HERE GOES:... I HAD A RECEIVED MY ORDER...UPON GETTING HOME I CALLED THE MANAGER THAT WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AND ABOUT MY ORDER. UPON FINDING OUT HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEIR DISTRICT I TOLD AND EXPLAIN TO HER MY SITUATION. I INVITED & ENCOURAGED HER (DISTRICT MANAGER) TO VISIT ANYWHO.COM AND VIEW THE REVIEWS THAT THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS AGAINST IT & THAT SINCE I FINALLY FOUND "THE BIG BOSS" THAT I WILL EDIT AND DELETE THE POOR SERVICE THAT I HAD RECEIVED HERE AND IN E. PEORIA.....HOWEVER, PLEASE DO AS I HAVE DONE TO GET AND TO RECEIVE THE RIGHT KIND OF RESULTS THAT YOU AS A CUSTOMER EXPECT WHEN SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT BETWEEN YOUR ORDER, SERVICE, FOOD, ETC. ABOUT THIS ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE THESE DISTRICT MANAGERS AND MOST GENERAL MANAGERS DO REALLY CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR SITUATIONS AT THESE BURGER KINGS HERE IN THE PEORIA, EAST PEORIA, MORTON, AND THE PEKIN AREA'S......JUST CALL THEM UP WHEN YOU'RE MUCH CALMER OVER YOUR ISSUES.......TOM C P.S. I AM HANDICAPPED AND WAS VERY HUNGRY FOR WENDY'S DBL STACK $4.00 MEAL DEAL AND I WAS GOING TO GET 3 OF THEM WITH FROSTY'S AND 5 TRIPLE'S WITH CHEESE FOR A LATER TIME.....I HAD SENT MY HOME CARE P/A AND UPON HER GETTING THERE THEY WERE CLOSED FOR REMODELING.....BUT THEY'VE BEEN REMODELING FOR THE PAST 6 WEEKS AND THEY'VE LOOKED CLOSED; BUT THEY'VE BEEN OPENED........WHY CLOSE NOW WHEN THEY'VE BEEN OPENED FROM THE START OF THEIR REMODELING?.....IT'LL BE AWHILE B4 I GET BACK THERE TO EAT........AND THIS IS THE ONLY WENDYS IN Y AREA UNLESS I FEEL LIKE SENDING MY P/A ANOTHER 10 MILES......AND MY P/A TRAVELED 6 MILES JUST TO GO TO THIS WENDY'S FOR ME.......SORRY, TOMMY
I went through the drive-thru and I said I left my coupon at home for the French toast. I have said this at other drive- thru resturants and they would honor it. This person was rude and said I can't do anything about it.
Looks like a bar from the parking lot. Wow, it is a very nice New Orleans style restaurant once you get inside. Large servings and an attentive wait staff. I have to go back to try some other menu items.
This restaurant wouldn't honor lunch coupon that said valid ANY day. Time 1:00pm. We had dinner ones too and were to sit at separate tables?
Went thru drive thru. Had to wait for a fresh bagle. Got to work burnt. Called to complain manager was rude. Took my information if you call it that. After 6 weeks still waiting for coupon in mail. And they want $15 an hour. Good luck.
If i wanted to eat garbage, i would go to the dumpster, total waste of money
I have visited this location several times at the drive thru, and everytime question my intelligence. The drive thru is slow, the people working this drive thru are more interested in visiting with co workers than taking care of the customer. Today, due to a time constraint, I went to this location again. I placed an order, that I had to repeat 3 times, drove to the cash window, gave the girl $6.00 for a $5.46 order, she inturn gave me back $4.55 in change. I told her she had made a mistake that I gave her $6.00, she says "oh" took the overpayment back and closed the window. I at least thought she would be appreciative of my returning her $$, but she did not even thank me.Upon arriving at the pickup window the order was quickly dispensed. I, like an idiot, did not check the order till I got to my office. Instead of a 5 piece select and a coke, I received a 3 piece select with a diet coke. I cannot count the number of times this has happened at this location. I have not complained in the past, but, really enough is enough!
My 17 year old went into Burger King and placed an order. After 30 minutes of waiting, I called her, She said she thought they must have deleted her order. She inquired twice about her order, both times she was told it was being made. I had her come to the van and sit with her handicapped brother while I went into to inquire about the order. I was told that someone else must have picked up the order. So, they gave my order to someone else. I got no apologies, no nothing. I finally got my order and left, vowing to never return again.
