I hired Peoria Limo (sister company of Midstate Limo & Peoria Yellow Checker Cab) to transport my wedding party from the church to the reception, with stops along the way for photos. Shortly after the first stop, the limo bus broke down and it took 45 minutes to get a new limo bus. In order to arrive to the reception on-time, we had to skip our remaining photo stops and head straight to the reception.After dropping us off at the reception, the limo bus damaged the venue's carport as it was driving away. The limo bus exceeded the height of the carport, causing debris (including a large wood panel) to fall on the ground. Luckily no one was injured, but it was a completely embarassing event to watch unfold on my wedding day.I spoke with the owner of Peoria Limo days after these incidents occurred. He said this wasn't the first accident their driver had been involved in. Furthermore, the owner mentioned that they didn't inspect the vehicle the day of the event. The owner said he was going to ask his limo manager to issue a refund for my troubles. No refund has been issued - it's been over a week and I haven't heard from the owner or the limo manager.Based on the information above, I cannot recommend Peoria Limo (or their sister companies Midstate Limo & Peoria Yellow Checker Cab) to anyone.
The person I spoke with on the phone was very rude and when I asked about times available he just said "We don't do that!" and hung up.
I had to be picked up from my work place and after 30min of waiting I called the company and they told me that the cab could not come right now without even apologizing or giving me a time at which it would be available. They are very rude on the phone and they have absolutely no respect for the customer
called and made prior arrangements through a transportation company for a ride to a very important eye appointment they never showed up! so I called and the lady who answered says that we were over looked! the eye clinic is charging me 25$ because I didn't cancel 24 hours prior! DO NOT USE THIS CAB COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
They have an app, Nextaxi, it's awesome. I can order, track, and pay for my cab.
Great company!! Cars are clean, run well, and they typically show up on time for me. Love some of their drivers, sweethearts.
This service is the best, hands down, cleanest cars, tony is the best, and to all his drivers, you drive for a great guy, so if you need a ride, five star, is the one to call, tony and his guys are the best
This is suppose to be a cab company that is to transport people all over illinois, but they have no idea were they are going and what transportation company drives around with out a gps? i set up a pick up for me to get and emergency c-section in peoria a month ahead of time. i called to confirm with them 3 hours ahead of time and the lady who piced up the phone sounded like she was sleeping. AND THEY WERE STILL LATE!. Had my mom not showed up last min i would have missed a very important appointment that took me 2 months to get! The driver and the "operator" calls me asking me for directions to my house. turns out he was 20 mins in the wrong direction. So after going back and forth for about 20 mins i canceled the cab. and the lad "operator" had the nerve to tell me that i have to take that cab cause he drove all the way to my house. but he was still on the other side of town and not at my house. so i told her that he is not to come to my house cause i would not be using thier services and then she started yelling at me on the phone about how the driver needed to be paid still for coming out towards my house. i told her to think about that statement really hard and when she realized how stupid she sounds then she could call me back to apologize. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!
Don't waste your time.. I've used them over a period of several years.. always like to think maybe it was just that driver.. I've had serious issues with dirty drivers/sever BO .. I've had times i've called 3-4 hours in advance.. and they don't show or show 15-45 mins late before I've given up.. when you call that far in advance.. they need to .. SHOW UP.. had times that after the 3-4 hour notice.. they've been 45 mins late and they've just said.. welll...... do you want me to try and send a cab??? just beyond horrid service.. there's a lot better out there like river city that drove me home tonight after I was on hold w/ yellow checker for over 10 mins.. just don't waist your time
