I needed to loose weight before my wedding, a friend told me about Body Fitness. Abraham helped me to loose the weight . I feel great without those extra pounds making me feel so run down and tired. If you are serious about your health this is the place to get personal training and health coaching. I am still a member and I would highly recommend it.

This gym is simply not worth your time or money. The owner seems nice, but quickly turns unprofessional, rude and extremely disorganized as soon as you have a question about your contract. In my experience, she has been very hard-headed, uncompassionate and rude. I would never recommend this facility to anyone based on the owner's unprofessionalism. Which is a shame because the classes are interesting. Under proper management, this facility has great potential. Until then, don't sign the contract.
I would never again be a member of Charter Fitness formerly Cardinall Fitness. The facility was okay. My problem was with the billing department. I have sinced moved from town and no longer go to this gym, but I can't get them to cancel my membership and stop billing me. When I call to cancel they tell me the only was to cancel is by mailing a detailed letter explaining why I wish to cancel my membership. As if it is any of their business as to why I want to cancel. Am I going to get graded on how well my letter is written. Anyway, I wrote them the stupid letter and that did not work. I am still getting charged. I again called to cancel and got the run around. Nobody I talked to would give me their name or transfer me to a higher member of management or give me a good business address. My credit card that the club charged even expired and I am still getting billed. I wonder if they just kept trying expiration dates till they got the new one and it worked. I got several letters in the mail telling my my card was going to expire and if i did not update it I would be put into collections. I would stay as far away from Charted Fitness as I could. Wish me luck in getting this resolved. I fear I am going to have to get a new card number and that is a pain.
