I love this office! The staff is very friendly. I was a little late for my appointment and they saw me anyway, when does that ever happen? The Dr talked to me about my problem and we discussed it together and I felt like I was a partner in deciding the best treatment for my condition. I will definitely be going back and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
Maybe it was just my experience but this office was awful. The staff was pleasant but the intern doctor on staff, Dr Chan did not even examine me before deciding for me the "best" possible treatment. I am a patient not a lab experiment and discussing my options for treatment is the very least you could have done. I literally walked out of my appointment and they still had the audacity to bill my insurance. When I called the office to find out what they were billing me fore the office manager named Shelly, who has NO MEDICAL BACKGROUND, decided it would be a good idea to start rattling off information from my chart without even verifying who I was. That is a violation of HIPPA and I think everyone should know who they are trusting with their health information! Dr. Mackey, check your staff before they cost you more than $96 for an office visit in the form of a lawsuit!
