Tech showed up with an attitude. Said our filter was dirty and needed to be changed. We change it every month. He didn't like that response and further got an attitude. Our chief complaint was that our master bedroom is always 8-10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. I'm not a genius but I KNOW a "dirty" filter does not cause this. We were told by the office person that he would go into the attic and check the ducting but when I asked the tech he said, "there's no reason to do that" basically he's lazy and doesn't want to do his job! The only reason this company was called instead of another one is that we are renting and have no choice who we get. I WOULD NEVER call this company again as they have been here twice for the same reason and always try to blame us or give a lame excuse. We've checked around with neighbors with the same size houses and our electric bill is always $100 to $150 more than theirs and they keep their houses much cooler. Oh and Mr Attitude thought it would be funny to take our current air filter with him and left us with nothing even though I told him I didn't have a replacement at the moment. Who does that? Do not use this company unless you want to be talked down to, treated like a child for no good reason, and pay them for getting nothing in return.
