        What a joke. I would not recommend AAA for anything especially 7422 W Thunderbird Road Peoria AZ 85381. I was instructed to email all my contact information and what the situation was with my car. I did this and I waited 3 hours for a call back which did not come, so I called and the message said someone would call me right back that never happened either. Like most people I need my car and I needed it to get to work the next day. Here it is two days later and still no call. Do yourself a favor and deal with a reputable company. AAA is not what it used to be. They are a bunch of unconcerned losers

        I went looking to get info on Disney's vacation deals. Even though there is not much Disney allows discounts but other than the Hopper passes, I had the best experience talking with Kori Zane, who give me a lot of information and help decide the best deal to get for my vacations; she is not only pleasant to talk to but knowledgeable and with the best disposition to help you. Got my package through AAA and went back to get the Hopper passes for my family (and of course asked to talk to her again). In general everybody is super nice and willing help. Thanks Kori and team.         I went into the Peoria, Az office looking for assistance in reserving a car for a trip. Jennifer Fogle was the person I dealt with. She is very pleasant, and knowledgeable. I will definitely go see her again for any more AAA needs. Thanks Jennifer!

        The AAA office was very busy, but the people at the front desk were aware and made sure every one got what they needed. I was 3rd in line. They apologized to me for the wait. I have been a member of AAA for many years and am very grateful for their service.
