The absolute worse experience I have ever had to deal with!! They are dishonest in every respect and very unprofessional. Would never recommend them. They also add charges on to what you thought the rent would be. Taxes, handling your payment, plus a charge for paying via the internet.
Ryan and the Ultimate team were awesome realtors. They did an amazing job at engaging us and making the experience fun. They even checked up on us after we closed! Thank you!!!
I rented from Ultimate Properties for 4+ years, in two different rental homes and my experience was great! Maintenance was always taken care of in a timely manner and the staff is really knowledgeable and friendly. Moving out of each home went smoothly as well. I really enjoyed working with them and I highly recommend them!
I BOUGHT ONE OF CRESLEIGH HOMES IN OCTOBER OF 2013 AND HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH THE BUILD . SPOKE WITH WADE IN REGARDS TO THE POOR DRYWALL WORK THAT WAS DONE ON MY HOME , THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL THE BUILD WAS COMPLETE . I HAD BEAN DRYWALL OUT TO FIX MY DRYWALL TWO DIFFERENT TIMES AND MADE CRESLEIGH AWARE THAT THEIR WERE OTHER ISSUES THAT NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED WHICH THEY WERENT SO NOW THREE YEARS IN THE HOUSE THE PROBLEM IS GETTING WORST AND CRESLEIGH DOES NOT WANT TO STEP UP AND FIX IT . IF THEY WOULD OF FIX IT WHEN I POINTED IT OUT WE WOULD NOT BE HAVING THIS CONVERSSION BECAUSE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED FROM THE GET GO . SO NOW THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO HAVE IT FIXED ON MY OWN WHICH I DONT FEEL IS RIGHT SINCE THIS WAS A ISSUE FROM DAY ONE . SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY A HOME FROM CRESLEIGH I WOULD LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT LOOK OUT FOR THE BUYER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MOVE ON TOO THE NEXT PERSON, YOUR JUST A AFTER THOUGHT TO THEM . THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH CRESLEIGH HOMES THEY WILL CUT CORNERS AND BUILD YOUR HOUSE AS CHEAP AS POSSIBLE SO THEY CAN PROFIT FROM IT THEM SELVES . IAM SELLING MY HOME NOW BECAUSE WHO KNOWS WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN NEXT WITH IT . WE HAVE HAD TEN HOMES ON MY STREET ALREADY SELL DO TO THE FACT OF POOR CRAFTMANSHIP . I HIGHLY RECOMMAND NOT BUYING FROM CRESLEIGH HOMES . I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM A STAR ON THE OVERALL RATING THATS HOW BAD THEY ARE .
I just want to say a big thank you to the team at RPM West Valley Phoenix! I am moving to Phoenix very soon and they helped me no end sort out accommodation - which has been quite tricky. Compared to a few other rental agencies I tried, everyone at RPM (especially Lisa) have been wonderful. I look forward to moving soon, thanks, Kerry :)
RPM has been a really big help to us. We are very pleased at the level of administrative proficiency when we interact with them. They've done a stellar job while managing our apartments throughout the Phoenix area. We have been with RPM WV Phoenix since 2013. We recommend them to any business or individual looking for superb quality in property management. I'm impressed !!!
Great home builder always on top of their stuff.I have worked in many Mattamy Homes and quality is always there
“Where's Customer Service? Beware of Hotwire.com...”Yesterday, January 5th 2014, my girlfriend booked us a reservation through HOTWIRE.COM at the Extended Stay in Peoria, AZ, using my credit card. I had an afternoon meeting to go to, so I checked in so my girlfriend could get ready for a second meeting wit me early that evening. When she went to take a bath, there was no hot water at all. Apparently, if the water in the whole hotel was ice cold, then that property's maintenance department is not reliable. Not having any hot water in a brand hotel can cause unsuspecting guests some real problems. We missed the second meeting and I called the clerk Kim to complain. I told her that we were not staying the night and requested a refund. She said that she understood, but before giving me a refund, I would have to call Hotwire.com to notify them of the problem. I was on the phone for almost an hour and I was in disbelief when Hotwire.com would only authorize me a partial refund. Then I spoke to a supervisor named George. He said that he would issue a complete refund, upon confirmation of a rebooking. I've stayed at countless hotels over the years, but had never used HOTWIRE.COM and will NEVER use them again. I asked George, if I booked another hotel room, except through Priceline.com , would I still get me refund. As I expected, he said no, the refund would only be valid through HOTWIRE.COM. This is a big SCAM and would never happen using Priceline.com. When I pulled up to the hotel, my girlfriend had already checked out and was standing out front. Hotwire .com, is apparently keeping the money I paid for a room I didn't even stay in. We drove back home and stayed there
There is no option for zero stars but if there was, that is what they would get. I rented a property from this company for 1 year. ALL of the staff were rude and unprofessional. I was told several things before the lease was signed then after that, everything changed. The property was "as is". The paint was horrible and it was dirty when I moved in. I spent days wiping down blinds and walls. Every 3 months or less, there would be an "inspection." It was a constant reminder that the property was not your home. Because of this feeling, I knew that I would not renew my lease and we didn't even fully unpack our things. When I moved out, I was told not to patch small holes and return the property as it was before I moved in. I hired a professional cleaning company and even patched holes. However, when I got my deposition, I was charged for cleaning, paint, a pool replacement key (the key never worked and it was the one they gave me upon move in), and for a satellite removal fee. I NEVER had satellite service, in fact the satellite was on the home when I moved in. When I called and told them and presented them with the photos I had of the home before I moved in AND a letter for direct tv confirming I never had service, they ignored all of my phone calls, voice mails, and emails. I went to the office to let them know that they had wrongly charged me. The next day, I was called by someone who stated, "As a 1 time courtesy, the owner would give me my money back for the satellite but it was my fault that I did not notate this on the move inspection." However, the move in inspection consisted of one of their employees coming and writing down the color of the carpet and walls. He never inspected the outside of the home. I guess they call that courtesy but clearly they knew I wasn't going away and I would have took it to court if I had to Now a week later I get the corrected disposition and they took another $4.15 for paint. Keep in mind the paint was horrible when I moved in. This company made me sick to my stomach. I hated giving them my money every month because they were shady from day one. DONT RENT FROM THEM OR LET THEM MANAGE YOUR RENTAL PROPERTIES. If you do, take pictures of EVERYTHING, even if it seems unimportant. They will try to take your deposit at the end. I would bet they've been sued a few times due to their shady scamming ways.
I usually don't write reviews, but I feel I must in this case. When I pay over $100 for a room I expect it to be in good shape. I was visiting from out of town for a wedding. This hotel was close to where the reception was being held; staying at Hampton Inns before I believed it would be a good choice. The problems: The carpet leading into the bathroom was completely frayed and worn out for at least 18 inches, with torn threads and cement showing.; There was a black grease stain on the arm of the coach; One of the pillows smelled like smoke (not the pillow case, but the pillow); as I have COPD I removed it from the bed quickly; Last, when I went to put my socks on (I had been walking on the carpet barefooted after my shower) and my feet were all dirty (dirty carpet). At $100 a night for a room I expect it to be clean and not smell. On the plus side the bed was very comfortable. I did not try any of the other amenities --the pool or the breakfast. I just wanted to get out of there.
