bought a 2006 corvette 10/28/2017. Saul AguirreReally difficult to work with - GM screamed at me and told me to fly a kite after sale. He indicated that he did not have to perform a safety check and that I was lucky he would help with repair. After having car a week I have to pay 750.00 in repairs on a safety issue (rear differential leak) then he refused to install the navigation radio unit they said it had when sold.Oh, they charged me 408.00 dollars on license plates and the DMV cost was 56.00. After calling, they said call the DMV for a refund. I guess that's why you have to sign an arbitration agreement.. I imagine because they have been sued.. go figure. My opinion - go elsewhere!!!
So recently I was browsing cars. I had comeAcross one on their page. Thinking let's give these guys another chance. So I visited the dealership and spoke to Paul About the car. Let's just say it's almost a week in half later and I have yet to hear back from Paul. This dealership is very snooty. I Have noticed this since I use to takeMy car here for service or when buying my RC giving them yet another try. It always cost a lotMore then any other Lexus dealership in the valley. If you want real service and be taken seriously. Go to any other Lexus dealership in the valley and skip this location. Any other Lexus dealership willBe 100 times better. Thankfully I found what I was looking for at the chandler Lexus location. They not only had what I want. But the car was also 3000 dollars cheaper with less miles. Cant believe I decided to give these clowns yet a third try and yet they just don't change But they seem to be lacking something called customer service.

Classic bait and switch tactics. They called and confirmed 30 mintures before I get there the availability of a car that they've been calling me all week on. I show up and magically it sold! Imagine that but they had some great deals they wanted to show me on some new cars! Total dirt bags. Should have listened to the reviews and not wasted a long drive and inconveniencing family to watch my kid. STAY FAR AWAY!!!
I was greeted by Rey Jacinto right away. He was very knowledgeable about the cars he was showing me. He never once forced a vehicle on me. The whole experience was amazing. I recommend you to go to Acura of Peoria and see Rey Jacinto for the best experience ever! Acura of Peoria is the best dealership!

Do not do business with #PeoriaFord they are not forthright or honest in their financing and have made 2 errors in the deal we made with them that they refuse to rectify. We bought a 2015 Ford Explorer back in Nov paid a lot to ensure the warranties covered almost everything. Three days after we signed the deal with Finance called and said the bank required us to get Gap insurance but it wouldn't change the payment or anything else in the contract. My husband trusted they were being upfront and agreed to resign... #1 We requested our payment on a certain day of the month which was on the original paperwork but he changed it back to the first date and would not correct it. #2 We signed documents for one of the warranties that covered "door dings" but when I called the company yesterday they said we are not covered. I compared the first set of docs to the second set and he added the Gap Insurance but raised the price of another warranty and omitted the one that covered "door dings". This was NOT explained to my Husband when he re-signed. So today I called and spoke with the same man in Finance that did the deal(s) and he refused to take responsibility, or even give a sincere apology. He just said there is nothing he can do now and was not even polite about it. Both my husband and I both drive Fords right now but that will probably change. And we most definitely will never purchase another vehicle or recommend Peoria Ford to anyone.
I literally spoke with them at 9am and by noon I had the deal that I wanted.
