They came out and gave me a rough estimate for roof leak repair. I have called them 3 times to hire them to do the job and they have not returned my call.
Do your research before you hire this business. They go by Escambia Roofing and Siding, Escambia Roofing, Escambia Santa Rosa Roofing, and Escambia Santa Rosa Roofing and Siding. They list Allison Kirksey or Al Kirksey as business affiliates. DO NOT waste your money. We paid Escambia Roofing and Siding to do repairs to our roof. Their license number is RC0066596 and the employer is named Mr. Brian Baier. He never drew up a formal contract and only listed the alleged repairs he did to our roof on an invoice. We tried to contact him no less than 20 times as the roof was still leaking after the repair. We attempted to leave voicemails on both his business phone and personal cell phone but the answering machine was always full. We also sent several text messages which were never acknowledged. We were only able to leave 2 messages on the machine before it quit taking messages. Mr. Brian Baier finally returned a phone call and said he would come by to do the remaining repairs on the roof, but never showed up. Then there was a rainstorm and the roof leaked very badly. We had to put buckets in order to catch the rain underneath the areas of the roof that he said he repaired but were still leaking. We filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Pensacola. They also made several attempts to contact the business and were not able to reach the business after 10 days. A second notification was sent and there was no response until the Better Business Bureau finally made contact with the business with their second notification. Throughout this entire 5 weeks, we were still attempting to leave messages and called in order to have the company help us resolve the issues, but no one contacted us back. Once he finally called us back and we spoke with Mr. Brian Baier, who said we "signed a contract" that tied us to his business and that we were to call him first for any repairs. We explained to him that he never gave us a contract, and as per his invoice, we paid also for a 1 year labor warranty, which he should honor. In addition, he never returned any phone calls or text messages for almost 6 weeks. He denied that he never received any calls from us nor did he receive any voicemails or text messages and that if we really wanted to reach him we should have driven to his office as he is an extremely busy person. We told him we have phone records proving we called and that he should refund the full amount since he did not repair the roof as he promised. He said that our only option was that he would hang up on us and then he proceeded to hang up. After this phone call from Mr. Brian Baier, which was unprofessional and rude we decided to hire another roofing company to inspect and repair the roof. We felt it was not safe to have him come back to the house to attempt any repairs as he is unreliable, unprofessional and clearly has no regard for customer service. In addition, we were concerned that he could cause further damage to the roof as it has leaked worse than before after he claimed he fixed it. We lost all confidence in his business due to his behavior. Online he has terrible reviews that consist of the same story - he charged for repairs never done and then proceeded to evade all phone calls to his business. We feel cheated by this business and do not want him to be able to continue to rip innocent people off financially. We realize we may not get our money back, but we would like to help prevent him from taking more money from others. We want to ensure he can no longer financially harm innocent members of society.
This company did some work for me and did a terrible job. I tried to call them for weeks to get them to come fix it, but they didn't answer the phone. I had to hire another company to fix my roof and I am out all the money I paid Escambia Rosa Roofing. Another thing that stinks is the fact that they wouldn't take a credit card from me. The guy Brian demanded I use a check. I should have known to go with another company. I hope people see this review and don't use these people. I rarely write reviews, but I am so mad that they stole my money that I am writing this one.

I chose Escambia Santa Rosa Roofing for my roof. The company has been putting on roofs in the Pensacola area for over 20yrs. The church I attend Klondike Baptist had its roof severley damaged by Hurr Erin, our church was not insured and did not have the money to put on a new roof. As the church was taking bids, Escambia Santa Rosa stepped up and put a new roof on our church from the goodness of their heart. The act of kindness led me to purchase my roof from the company. I researched the company they have a 99.3% satisfaction rate & I'm extremely satifsied with choosing the co. for my roof. They were committed to me as a customer, professional and provided a good service!
