I bought my New Motorola android Phone Here@ Gulf Coast Cellular. And I must say I was very pleased the staff was very kindand helpful and the Phone works perfect I came back to get a new charger a year later and they gave me a new one and even took $10.00 off . I come every month to pay my bill when I walk in the door they always have a smile and a kind word
Please do not go here. I brought my phone to this sorry excuse of a repair shop to have my cracked screen replaced. I was told to come back in about 3 hrs. and it would be done. Lies, lies, lies the guy working on it said there was another problem with it that would take longer and he would need a couple of days. I told him they needed to supplye with a loner phone that was worth maybe $20 but forced me to pay a $100.00 deposit on even though they had my 400.00 phone. A couple of days turned into weeks and when I had finally had enough I told them to give me my phone back and I would have someone else fix it. After being told I owed money which I refused to pay and a ridiculously long wait my phone was given to me in several pieces in a ziploc bag no longer in the working condition it was in when they received it. Obviously irate I told them that I wanted my 100.00 deposit back for the junk phone I had to borrow and that I was keeping it because they destroyed my property they refused to return my money and proceeded to tell me my phone wasn't in working condition when I brought it in. These people are lying, dishonest, thieving con artists in my opinion and they will rip you off.
Horrible service!!! Do not take your phone to Gulf Coast Cellular, Inc. I took my Droid DNA here for a cracked screen. The phone had worked for two months, with no problems before I brought it here. The cracks were starting to get larger and you could feel them when using the phone. After the screen was repaired, the screen would go black when using voice mail, but I could live with that though, but before long there were issues with the phone holding a charge and being difficult to power on. I took it back to Gulf Coast Cellular, Inc. and this is where the fun began. Several parts were replaced, but the problem was not resolved. When I would call to inquire or go by the store the repair Technicians gave me the run around for a month before I finally got one of the supervisors to admit the motherboard was bad. My advice is to take your phone some where else to have anything done. This place was awful."
