The Bridal Suite

I came in today not sure what I was looking for and the girls at the Bridal Suite helped me find the perfect dress for my country chic wedding! I am so excited about my dress and finding this amazing shop! The customer service was beyond anything I had experienced at any other bridal shop in the area. They really listened to what I had imagined and knew exactly what dresses they wanted me to try. I also picked out a few styles but the ones they choose were better. Actually every dress they had was beautiful. Their selection of wedding dresses were all great making it even harder to pick just one. The girls at the Bridal Suite made everything so easy that I was also able to pick out my bridesmaid dresses and tuxes next door at Gents. I went home today feeling so accomplished and I would recommend The Bridal Suite to anyone planning a wedding! I don't see how it would be possible for anyone to have a bad experience here unless you are a complete Bridezilla! They are amazing!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! These people are CROOKS! They will say anything to get your money. Over the summer, I flew from the Midwest to Florida to get my dress. They promised me I would receive my dress at the very beginning of September. I received my dress in October. I'm getting married at the beginning of November. This is a huge problem because they sent the wrong color, and now there is no time for them to fix the situation. They literally said there wasn't anything they could do. They wouldn't even give a partial refund. We now have to spend over $1000 to change most of the wedding essentials such as shoes, veil, grooms tux, etc to match the new color. I paid several hundred dollars for custom fitting. When I received my dress, it was so big that the top couldn't stay up on its own, amongst other problems. They said that was normal. How is that normal?? I understand that minor adjustments may have been necessary, but the second seamstress (who has over 30 years experience) was in complete shock. She said it was one of the worst sizings she has ever witnessed. We tried contacting The Bridal Suite for weeks, and they called us liars, saying they never received any phone calls. It was always the same story: "the manager is in a meeting, so we'll call back". When we finally got a hold of them, they called me a liar, saying I didn't know what I was talking about. I took pictures of the dress at their store proving the color I wanted. They said they never had the color of the dress I wanted EVEN THOUGH THEIR WEBSITE SAID IT WAS AVAILABLE! They belittled me over the phone, and made me feel like I was doing something wrong. As the bride, I'm devastated. My wedding is supposed to be the best day of my life, and instead I have to make due with something I didn't want. It's a nightmare. From a bride's heart to all the other brides out there, you deserve better. Please, please, please don't compromise your dream. You will regret this decision. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! Beware of reviews for a business that are totally glowing, especially in Pensacola. Could be friends and family of the business owner. Our experience was nothing like the other reviewers here and put us 3 mos. behind in our dress buying process. We will be spending between 1500 -2000 on a dress here in Pcola, but will not be at this store. Should never have put all our trust in one store, shop around and be adamant in what you want and GET IT IN WRITING if you put any money out there! The sweet sugar you get when you walk in is not the face you see when there is a problem.

The entire staff at The Bridal Suite was patient and welcoming to my Mom and I both as I tried on wedding dresses in different styles and sizes. I came in not having a clue what I wanted and they helped me to figure it out. They were more than accommodating and it is obvious that they aim to please you as the bride. They are kind and I did not feel pressured to make a decision right then and there(tried on the same dress over 4 times!) like some other bridal stores I had been to. I have to say a huge thank you to The Bridal Suite on 9 mile for making my wedding dress experience a positive one!

My sister and I have both bought our dresses here and my bridesmaids bought their dresses here too. Everything was fine and dandy until I wanted to use a coupon that I received at a Bridal Expo for $200 off a bridal gown. Since she knew I had already bought my dress and still got me to sign up for the coupon I assumed I could use the coupon considering how much money we have spent at this shop. When I went in to see about getting the discount her exact words were, " that is only for new brides with new orders for this week only." There is nothing on the coupon that says it has to be a new order or for a new bride... Needless to say I will not be ordering my reception gown from them. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED!

After searching 5 cities, 7 bridal salons, and trying on over 40 dresses I had almost decided what I wanted didn't exist & figured out that good customer service is hard to find... Until I stopped in here! The entire staff was SO sweet & they have such an amazing selection & set-up! I cannot say enough great things about this business the family that runs it! Great experience here!

This is THE place to go for bridal! They have tons to choose from for bridal gowns and bridesmaids! The staff was very friendly and knew what they were talking about. I ordered my gown, veil, jewelry, shoes, bridesmaids, and flowergirl dress from them and I am happy with all of it!

I sadly had already purchased my dress elsewhere, but the staff helped my mother find a mother of the bride dress. The treated my mother as if she was a Queen. The found a dress that flattered her and made her feel beautiful. My mother is her own worst enemy and has had the gastric bypass surgery. It is not easy for her to find cloths that make her feel good. But the staff at The Bridal Suite did just that. I am taking my bridesmaids next and look forward to watching them get the same attention. If you want to be treated special and to have those you love treated just as special I highly recommend them. I could not ask for more.

The team at Bridal Suite is top notch. They bent over backwards to find me the perfect dress and get it here in time for my destination wedding. I went to every other bridal store in town and was so discouraged at their lack of selection as well as poor customer service. When I was about to give up, Maureen at the Bridal Suite saved the day! I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for bridal items.
