Still Waters Day & Medical Spa

My first visit at the spa was Christmas Eve morning. A gift for myself. Definitely worth the visit. Entire staff was pleasant and Stephanie did an amazing massage. I bought a package before I left. Can’t wait for my next visit.

I came there for a massage and I walked out feeling BRAND NEW! I dance in a Ballet company and therefore put a lot of stress on my body. I told the massage therapists where I was having pain and pressure and she nailed it! I walked out feeling like a new person and after a week and a half I still feel amazing :) I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone I know.
Besides that, the front desk staff was really nice and accommodating. The inside of the spa is beautiful, I love the waterfall. The inside of the spa definitely sets your mood so you leave feeling extremely relaxed!

Most comfortable spa experience of any spa I have visited. Great service, great environment, and overall great experience.

My facial done by Jennifer was so relaxing and well done. Jennifer recommended some products for me to use that would help my skins appearance. Windi did my leg wax quickly but thoroughly! They were both so nice and friendly, but very professional. I will always reccomend this spa!

My girlfriend and I visited this tiny gem a few weeks ago as the kickoff to our girl's weekend. It was fabulous! I recieved a massage, my friend got a facial and we both had the classic pedicures. From the moment we stepped in, I felt my stress leave at the door. The very sweet front desk girls showed us to our lockers, where we changed into the uniform of the spa - a comfy robe and squishy slippers.



We both waited in the appropriately named relaxation room for our therapist and esthetician to arrive. Lo and behold, they arrived with footbaths! After soaking for a few moments, we were each led away to separate rooms for our individual services.



That had to be one of the most thorough massages I've had in a long time. Before beginning, my therapist had gone over the paperwork I filled out in the lobby and asked if I had any specific areas I wanted to concentrate on. She did a full body massage, but spent a little more time on the areas I had named. It was wonderful! If I could ask for anything for Christmas, it'd be my massage therapist.



When she was finished, she stepped out to let me get back into my robe and met me in the hallway with a cool glass of cucumber water. I changed back into my regular clothes and waited again in the relaxation room for my friend. We were both taken to the adorable nail room with wonderful pedi chairs. The girls treated us to some wine and champagne while we had our feet primped and pampered. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready to return!

Did I say amazing....AMAZING!!!!!! I went here two weeks ago with a huge group of friends for my best friends wedding. They were amazing at handling such a large group of people and making us all feel like we were each so important. I am going recommend this spa to anyone I know.

I was excited to try out a new spa here after learning from a friend who'd recently had some services at Still Waters. I scheduled a basic facial with the spa and it was relatively easy to get in the next day. After arriving the big fluffy warm robe, spa sandals and private locker that were reserved for me were a real treat! I began my appointment in the relaxation room before the facial started. It sported a very nice water feature on the wall, complete with cucumber water, and hot tea offered to me while I waited.



When the tech brought me into the treatment room it was also very relaxing and perfectly lit. After I slipped into the warm fluffy covers and she began the massage part of the facial she began recommending many types of products she felt may help some of my "concerns" listed on the review I filled in while I waited to be seen. This is typical for a spa and not usually a problem for me. Most spas place this portion of the visit at the end when you are "waking up" from your relaxing procedure, and not at the front end of it. The part that really got to me was 15 minutes later she was still pushing her products on me rather than paying attention to what she was doing to my face. She smeared lotion in my eye (three times) to the point that the stinging feeling had me far from relaxed. Then the anxiety set in with thoughts like: She should be paying me $100 per hour to listen to her sell her wares. Needless to say after the first 15 minutes my mind was no longer into it, and I would have been just as relaxed at a rock concert. To put it bluntly, I have never had a less relaxing facial in my life and I have had nearly a dozen or more right here in Pensacola. Upon preparation to leave I was then greeted at the cash register with all of the products lined up like soldiers that my tech had wished to introduce me to. Most of the potions were between $75-100 per bottle, none of which I purchased.



Needless to say I cannot recommend it to my friends unless they prefer infomercial type spas. I really wished it had been more on the mark with all of the other goodies they to offer. I'm hoping this review will hit home with the owners and that some changes may be made in the timing of the products introduction I hope this helps in your decision to choose where to find a good relaxing spa in Pensacola.
