Sight and Sun Eyeworks - Perdito

They can't seem to get an order right. Even trial pair of contacts they gave me were different from what doctor ordered. I ask for different lenses because I cannot see. I get the original ( Dr. prescribed) strength & they work fine. I placed the order. I get the wrong ones, AGAIN! I ask them to let me know what Dr. is prescribing so I can ensure accuracy. They tell me I need to remind them. Now it's my responsibility. Eventually they make it right but major inconvenience for me. This has happened to me twice, at least. I've lost count. I'm on the net now looking for another eye care provider.

Best pediatric eye clinic in the region. After calling around to all eye clinics, they were the most helpful and most enthusiastic about caring for a child. Great customer service, neat and clean office. Great job Sight and Sun EyeWorks.
