Terrible products



very very low quality. i bought a bedroom suit to find that it was painted wood. You can barely touch it and it scratches the paint off. I had had it a very short time and had scratches all over the nightstand. Also, the mattress and box springs were too high when they were delivered. All they would do is sell me another mattress with a store credit or i could buy something else. No refund. A more expensive mattress was all they had without me purchasing the box springs too. It was hard as a brick. I hate that store!!!

I was ready to make an 4k purchase form those guys unit they start pedaling hard the 3yrs coverage deal ($59 for each church , im my case 3). They supposed to deliver the merchandise in 2 businesses day but after decling so many time the extra scam protection they change the delivery time to one month, just to force to purchase the extra NO USE coverage. Very rude and unprofessional staff (manager as well). Same your self time and go some place different like down the road. You'll thank me for reading this. And by the way I wasn't aks if I want to purchase extra coverage, pay good attention to the final invoice. The are the biggest scammers I can across so far.

I am very disappointed with their customer service. I purchased a stone top dining table in July 12 and six months later there was a crack running thru the whole top of the table and they would do nothing about it. Rooms to Go does not stand behind their furniture. I have had the biggest hassle and run around for the last month trying to resolve this issue because I am trying to get them to stand by their year guarantee. I would not purchase another thing from them.

I had no promblem at the store , but when it came time to deliver my couch ,It was a hassel. First I had to wait 3 weeks for it to get there. Then the day they wanted to show up was not good for me. I called to reschedule and they gave me a hassel. You have to be carefull you're floors don't get scratched as well.
