On the day that a friend's new bike was supposed to be picked up from another local shop (after a long two week wait for a special order) he called to see if the bike was ready and was informed that the bike had never even shipped from there warehouse, and would be delayed at least another week. He was discouraged and stuck at work, without the ability to call around and look for a replacement, so I (selfishly anticipating a riding buddy) began calling every bike shop in town in search of a bike in his size and the style he wanted that he could take home that day (a friday) so that we could finally ride that weekend.



After calling every shop without any luck, I remembered that a new shop had just opened downtown, and I called Ride More and Travis picked up the phone. I explained what had happened, and had already browsed the Specialized site so I gave him a few models that we were in search of. Travis explained that they didn't currently have what we needed in stock, but was very eager to help out and let me know that he could have a bike within a couple of days. I told him that we were wanting a bike that day, and that I would call him back if I was unsuccessful in finding something.



About 15 minutes later my phone rang, I was surprised that it was Travis and he had taken the initiative to call me back, he told me that they did in fact have the model that I was looking for, and that since they had just opened, it wasn't yet assembled, but he would get to work on putting it together immediately so that my friend could come by and give it a test ride.



My friend then stopped by Ride More after work, was treated to fantastic customer service, fitted for the bike, and took it home with him, they also had the accessories that he needed to get started, and the knowledge to get him familiar with the bike. He had his bike, I had my riding buddy.



I've since purchased 2 bikes from Michael and Travis at Ride More, including one where I desperately wanted to take the in stock 56CM bike home rather than wait for the properly sized 59CM to be ordered, but Travis refused to fuel my impulsiveness by selling me the wrong size, and ordered me the correct bike that I'm now very happy with.



Bottom line, they are really great guys, and their knowledge of their trade is truly impressive, they are definitely the only game in town as far as I'm concerned!

Ride More is hands down the best bike shop in Pensacola. The owners are accomplished cyclists and have been in the industry for years! Their service and support are hands down the best and have balanced advice for what I needed. I did not feel pressured or stupid when asking simple questions.
