I had a great experience with Floor City USA. My tenants worked with them directly to schedule an estimate, which went smoothly. I worked with Terry to finalize the material options, costs, pricing, etc. Overall, it was a very smooth experience with no surprises. In addition, I thought they were very fairly priced in comparison to the local competition. Finally, they sub-contracted the installation to Lees’ Flooring Inc and my tenants had nothing but good things to say about them.

Walked in and around the store for almost an hour before I asked an employee for help finding the tile that the previous owners had THEM install and was clear that I was not important enough to help and proceeded to tell me the tile was not available anywhere. ..
Fast forward
I found the exact tile and size at the very store I walked in ... it did have to be ordered but very much available

Went in the store the other day because I cracked a piece of stome flooring we had. The sale rep helped me get the studd I needed to fill the hole. Huge showroom and less expensive than Lowes and Home Depot plus better quality and more selections. Since I have purchased new wood flooring for my house and they are helping me choose new flooring for my new home.
