On a Sunday, Memorial Day weekend- We had several moving events, including an ER, that day - that was happening at the same time - which caused a lot of stress. Our AAA service & experience with East Hill Automotive took away and helped destress a lot of concerns. Our family was visiting from out of town & one Fam member was involved in an accident while I was stuck with a flat tire at my daughter’s home - a nervous wreck. Danny, the tow service driver/ EastHill Auto was very considerate & went further in helping to get the keys, before coming to tow, from my daughter who was at ER with her daughter. This helped calm my anxiety. He was very efficient, patient, & timely - considering we were in a high volume tourist town with bumper to bumper traffic. He made my/ our day. Thank you Danny for your expertise and I highly recommend this service establishment.

Colin did an great job getting my car towed back to my house. He had no problem getting it backed in next to the house in the side yard. Fast, courteous service and very professional!!!

My wife has a 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ that she cherishes as her weekend driver. I happened to take it out on a grocery run one Monday afternoon and made it as far as my driveway on the way back. Threw it in park, and cut the engine.

All of a sudden, it starts rolling forward and then wouldn't turn over.

(Mind you: the week previous we'd just replaced a transfer case and a number of other parts on the drive train. )

Broke the news to the wife and made the decision to have it towed back to the shop.

Not only was Cody from EHAC here in less than 40 minutes, he jumped up under the vehicle, snapped together the coupling that was causing the no-start and the roll, cranked it up and had it loaded in less than 10 minutes.

Honestly, I can't think of anything else you'd want from a towing company.

In an industry full of snake oil salesmen these guys are solid gold, true blue straight shooters and VERY good at what they do.

I'd give them 10 out of 5 stars if they'd let me.
