I'm very happy to have met Nicole and Marcus. They were very nice and worked very well with me on a great cash price on my Mazda 3. I got to drive my vehicle to work today for the first time and absolutely enjoyed it. The vehicle was cleaned up before I left, they completed all of my paper work in less than 30 minutes, the engine didn't have a spec of dust on it. I can't wait to get back on the road again. And on a final note it was very refreshing as a Christian to have an exchange on scripture upon my farewell from the dealership with Nicole. God bless you guys and thank you from me and my family! If you MUST deal with this outfit, have your own financing first, know the real value of the vehicle and be sure to take it to a good mechanic. My daughter authorized ONE credit report search and they helped themselves to so many hits that her score went down 20 points. Their response when she complained: "Well, don't you want a car?". The person who called her back to smoothe things over, quoted her financing at 29%!!! We went to my credit union - Central Credit Union - and she got a 8% loan to buy a car SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Buyer beware of this place! (I only gave them 1 star because I have to choose something to post this review)

Spoke to owner on phone about a car. Dealer assured me if I could find anything wrong with the car he'd fill up my car. He described car as best on his Lot. Drove 3.5 hours from New Orleans to Pensacola on his assurances of the quality and appearance of the vehicle.

Upon arrival he introduced himself and explained how he got in the business and his practice of buying substandard cars at auction and the fixing them for resale.

After a thorough analysis of the vehicle many physical and mechanical flaws were discovered included ruptured CV Axle, engine oil leak, destroyed front dash, failing bubbling faded window tint, and a suspension issue affecting alignment of vehicle.

After informing owner of issues, he offered to take off an amount many 1000's of dollars required to bring car up to described expectations but this offer was for naught. We had decided after test driving the car that if was sub par and not worth any amount of investment.

Bought my Avalanche from them and I couldnt be happier. Vehicle was clean and in great condition. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend these folks. I'll be back for my next vehicle.

My husband and I bought a Chevy Avalanche this past week from Diamond. They were so friendly and took good care of us. We truly enjoy our new truck and the great price we got it for. We will be back in a 2017 to get a truck for our son. A big thank you to those at Diamond K Motors.

Place is a scam shop sold us a vehicle that broke down same day and refused to accept responsibility they will screw you especially the big heavy guy Nathan. He's a real crook

I bought a Honda SUV that I've been totally pleased with. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Nathan was very professional but not pushy. Nathan's sister Nicole was also very nice. I also had the pleasure of meeting Nathan's dad and again, so nice. I would recommend them to anyone. This is a family owned business and they are definitely good people :-)

I'm surprised at the low reviews as well. I enjoyed my experience with this company and would buy from them again.

One of the reasons I felt good about using this company was their professional responses to internet complaints. Because they're small, they care about EVERY client's business, not just the high dollar ones. You won't find that at all our huge car dealerships in the area.

Could only check out the car when my husband got off work and they were very flexible with us. When we decided we wanted to have a mechanic look at it before buying, Nathan was more than willing. I mean, the guy actually drove the car to the mechanic shop I chose since I couldn't do it myself! Stuart's Superior Transmission said he had worked with Nathan a couple times and he did honest business and is a good guy. Also, made me feel better that Nathan's dad, a pastor, is part owner of the business. Really is an informal, down-to-earth family shop.

My daughter bought a vehicle from Diamond K Motors and didn't research about the kind of vehicle it was. We took it back to Diamond K Motors after a couple of days and although he didn't have to, Nate traded it back and she purchased a Ford Edge with great leather seats that she loves. I came to to yellow pages to give my reviews on Diamond K motors and i could not believe what i read. They were honest and upfront with me. It was the first time i went to a dealership and did not have to do a bunch of back and forth with price. The sales manager was honest and upfront with me and everyone there was extremely helpful. It was easy and fast. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle free experience!

I purchased a car that had been repaired improperly with silicone sealant. the car burns oil severely. VW dealer had to repair and clean and reed the bad work. 1600 dollars. paid 7800 for car. Diamondk Manager refused any help or to take back car. Had II known its condition I would not have purchased . WE were told we were out of luck. The car now needs a new engine 7700 dollars. It is not repairable.
