The restaurant was fairly crowded at 7pm when my family arrived so not clean at that time makes sense. What was odd was the wait staff eating and drinking while walking around on the restaurant floor. What restaurant allows that??? The waitress was having a rough night I guess, because she was upset when she arrived at our table. When I ordered a small margarita she told me no and insisted that I upsize to a medium. Given that she was angry before ever getting to my table and I didn't want her to spit in my drink/food I said sure. Wow, $9.50 for a medium margarita - just a regular margarita. The black bean soup had cut up hotdogs in it, when I asked her why - again she got mad and said that is how all authentic Mexican black bean soup is made....Really??? The owners should be ashamed of themselves and how the wait staff acts and how the food is prepared. Yuck!!!

Fast and friendly service. My whole family loves this place. Really good prices. Food is quick, hot and delicious. The staff actually remembers you when you go back-- they remembered us when we'd not been there for a year (due to a relocation). You cannot beat the food and service here. If you like Mexican, you have to try this out. I tried a couple other restaurants called Vallarta in this area, and they are not as good or as cost effective. My teens love this place. My teenage daughter would rather eat here than anywhere.
Great food and great service! Such a fun, and reasonably priced restaurant with great food and big portions. The atmosphere is not really authentic, but it is a fun and laid back place. Clean, well maintained and friendly staff. I will definitely be coming back soon!
I am from California and love authentic Latin food. This is really good and always hot food. I love their calif "California" burrito, it has meat, French fries, and guac.
Went there while on vacation, found the service was excellent enjoyed the atmosphere the food was great and management was always checking on you. Definitely will stop by next time I'm in the area.
This was our first visit to El Paso Mexican Restaurant. It will be our last visit! I ordered 1 enchilada & 2 tamales. The tallies had no sauce and they were covered in over cooked corn ???The worst part was my enchilada had plastic in it. Possibly tore a package open and it fell inside my enchilada. Couldn't eat any of the rest of my dinner. I notified the waitress of the plastic and showed her. Nothing was ever said..no manager to offer his apologies or discount on our ticket. Upon leaving I asked if they had comment cards and they said they do not those. Too bad...we'll NEVER be back!
Delicious sauce, FOOD and really nice decorated clean and the wonderful staff! Thumbs up Veggie Quesadillas and also the green enchiladas were awesome
Excellent really fresh Mexican food not greasy. It was one of the cleanest restaurants I have been to in a long time. I thought their bean dip was priced a little high but the cheese dip was excellent. Pleasantly surprised by this little gem, we will be back. Also very kid friendly.
This is some GREAT mom & pop Mexican food! The shrimp fajitas alone are worth the trip! Make sure you try one of their top shelf Margaritas
Terrible service, terrible managers, terrible owners, will never come back. Are only nice to Hispanic people, wouldn't let us come in at 9:30 when the store closes at 10 because they didn't want to cook for us. Suggesting nobody to ever go there!!!!
