I would rate zero stars if possible. Had my service connected on a Friday at 6pm. By Sunday morning the router already failed and I was told by customer service it would be Thursday before they could fix it. Then got transferred to a department that wasn't even open. Had to call back and wait on hold another hour to get someone to fix the issue. Still a greater that I have to have a modem replaced after 36 hours. If you can go somewhere else. Cox sucks period. Internet is sketchy at best won't even hardly load 360 quality videos. Maybe when they get my Internet working properly I can re evaluate. As for now very dissapointing customer report as I won't refer anyone.
