the service is sorry they are not worth the money that you pay them I have them to come on work on my dishwasher since 2015 till now and when you call they don't have record of them working on it. when they tell that they will replace the appliance that is a lie.
1st tech shows up, spends about 15 minutes and orders a part. 2nd tech comes out changes the part, does not fix it. 2nd tech spends about 45 minutes looking at his labtop and orders another part. 3rd tech shows up and tries to change part. THE WRONG PART WAS ORDERED. Tried calling customer service, no help there. They do not understand that 3 days of lost wages is alot....Pathetic service techs!
Always have everything I need and if they don't have it they get it in a hurry...Best prices in town.
I had my fridge repaired on Nov 10 2016. I noticed on Nov 11 2016 where they charged my debit card twice for the same amount. Since then my account has been overdrawn and over draft fees have occurred. Sears response: " we show where the amount was only taken once". Banks response: " That's between you and Sears". I'm screwed, NEVER pay for service with a debit card, write a check instead.
We have been a customer of Sears for many years, My nightmare started July 28th with my washer having issues. I had purchased the extended warranty so I called Sears repair. It took two weeks for the repair tech to come out to check the machine. Then he had to order parts I had to wait another two weeks. Once the parts arrived the repair tech came out they did not send all the parts so I had to wait another two weeks. The part was reordered and arrived within a week the repair tech came back and guess what wrong part! The entire time I had a ton of large boxes stacked under the carport. Finally, on September 16th my washer was repaired. Problem started in July. I called customer service repair numerous times to be told there was nothing they could do, to being hung up on, then requesting a supervisor to only being told she would open another repair ticket which I did not need. I have to praise the repair tech he was awesome! I will never, purchase anything from Sears again!!!
The service on my washer & dryer was excellent.I was impressed with the profession attitude of the repairman.He cleaned around the area after completing his work.He took pride in his work.
You know I have been a big defender of sears in the past but leaving me without my refrigerator for 2 weeks with parts sitting here is to much all I get is that fake saying if someone changes there mind we will call
It is just okay,, The repair persons are great. The Call Center is at the bottom of my list. Thats enough words for me
Our repair guy was very nice, although late. The tardiness wasn't a problem because another repair took him longer than expected, which I understand. My icemaker was fixed to satisfaction but I will never call Sears again for a repair simply because of the ridiculous pricing. The diagnostic fee is $180. The repairman was at my house for 30 minutes total and the part cost $140. My total bill came out just over $400. Luckily I had a coupon to help but I still thought the $320 I paid for this repair was way too much for a refrigerator that is less than 2 years old! I asked the technician what the fee would be if I chose not to have him repair it. It's still $180 for finding out what the problem is (which took about 5 minutes), whether they fix it or not. I think that kind of diagnostic fee should be applied to the cost of repair but it is not. They charge labor on top of that. I've done business with Sears for years but I'm officially done.
Great Service - on time, professional, helpful, prepared, competent. Would highly recommend for all repair services.
