Really like the pizza and sandwichs
Awesome and unique environment with good food. One of the most underrated spots in Pensacola hands down.
Have been a customer for over 20 years. That's right. 20 years. Thousands spent on great pizza.Tonight ordered the standard order online. Did not receive the email ack but assumed it was good. Headed to the Ono bridge as usual about 10 minutes later. The driver is usually there at about the same time.30 minutes goes by, no email so I call. I am assured by whoever answered that the order went thru and I could expect a delivery in the next 10 or 15 minutes.30 minutes later I call again. The driver is on the way and will be there in 10 minutes. OK cool.20 minutes later call again. I said "your driver must be lost" jokingly just to make sure. Oh this time the girl on the line lit into me. I can't recall all she said other than "we are quoting 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes" which would have been fine. But no one quoted any time line to me. And I got upset at being talked to like a nuisance not a customer. Then she hung up on me. I called back and she told me I'd never be ALLOWED to order pizza from Lillians again. Which is perfectly fine. Not a problem. And this story is about to go viral on any social media outlet I can find. Ya'll have great pizza. Too bad your customer service sucks.
Great service and for each time
This is a great place to take your kids for a few hours. The food is AWESOME and price is affordable. The service could be a bit better because no one smiles and they seem to be on their phones a lot. But the new upgrades to the bathrooms and seating areas are great.
I like this location. I have been going there for decades. The pizza tastes like Pizza Hut pizza, which in my opinion is pretty good. This location is BUSY at lunch time, so fighting for pizza at the buffet is just part of the experience. They do a pretty good job of keeping the buffet stocked, and you don't usually have to wait long to get something good. The up-side to a busy buffet is that the slices are usually hot and fresh when you get them. The best part about this location is the staff. They all seem very friendly, and accustomed to the fast pace of a lunch crowd. I will continue to eat here as it is my favorite pizza buffet in town.
Dinner on Saturday night was horrible, waited 1hr. and 10 min for food, spoke to owner at 1hr. mark, and he blamed a group of 15 seated nearby, my observation was understaffed. pizza was ordinary, and wait staff had attitude. Owner never offered any good will, just apologies. Over hyped restaurant, with arrogant owner and staff. Save your money, not worth the hassle
I will never pay another dime too this inverted mouse trap. Y'all had my business until u decided too hire back that nasty old ass dyke who got more issues then any bitch I kno. Food wasn't bad, wasn't that great either. But I hope that bitch get hit with a real sick one, signed 'MeatLovers' bitch learn how too talk too people.
The "owner" of this alley yelled at my biracial child 3 times before we were even there 10 minutes. After having bowled just 2 frames, we promptly removed our shoes and left.Racism is alive and well at the Circle.
Great pizza the best in town, great atmosphere, and great service! This is the place to go for date night or just a pizza stop.
