Do not waste your time at hill Kelly dodge of pensacola.It was good service until they completed the sale. These people pulled my credit after I specifically told them not to and I was already financially approved through my bank. My sales person even agreed to this. All they had to do was submit a buyers order to penair credit union. I was under the assumption this was completed when they said the had partnered with penair. After a day or so had passed I saw additional credit inquiries pop up so I called a few times asking for someone to help with the errors they made. Sure enough no call was given. 3 weeks of calling and still no resolution was given. I was treated very bad they have acted unprofessional and uneducated about how credit works, or trying to say they know credit better that anyone..... so i went to the location and one response i got was i don’t know what to tell you Or it can not be undone ! More like they refuse to fix it! I explained how they could fix it. Still no official answers Today I called and threatened with a law suit. Finally someone calls back. And here is the s answer I received, none one called you back because they didn’t have anything to say to you....... even though I was promised a call to resolve my issues. A Very unprofessional answer . Now this company has costed me a business deal.... because they messed up and refused to help fix it.
Absolutely rude person with short hair and extremely long beard who is trying to be part of Duck Dynasty. This guy needs to go to a training program in how not to be an ass. I will be sure to spread the news not to support this local business. Be aware if you buy an electrical part from this place that you cannot return it, even if they assure you it is the right part and then you find they were incorrect. Never mentioned that if you purchase an electrical part that you cannot return it. But in fine print it does say it on one of the receipts. This jerk kept saying when I purchased this product that I needed to buy locally and support businesses here but look how this turned out, bad for me and almost hundred dollars in their pocket, so good for them.
Went in to try and buy a specific new vehicle, paying cash. Initial salesperson, Eric, was tremendous. Returned to buy the vehicle and Eric was not working. Someone else was going to help us. After 45 minutes filling out forms, suddenly discover that the vehicle we selected had already been sold. But wait, they said!! There was ANOTHER vehicle that we might want to buy, and wouldn't we want to look at that one? Wife and I were leaving when -- a miracle happened!! Suddenly, the car we wanted WAS available after all!! Recognized this standard auto sales scam, so I was ready to just leave. But my wife wanted the car, so we stayed. And stayed. And STAYED. For just under four hours. Doing pretty much nothing -- just wasting time. Remember, didn't need credit check, paying cash, etc. But things just take time, we were told. FINALLY got ready to leave, and guess what?? One of the key fobs was lost somewhere in the dealership!! But they would locate it and get back to us the next day. A week later I called and they decided that they'd have to order a new one. Finally got that fixed. Now today they fax a form that that they neglected to have us sign while we were there (four hours is not long enough??) Just need to sign and return. Only problem -- it was not for our car. VIN number was completely different, as were the car details.Again, Eric does a fine job, and I trust him. Other than that, well.... don't expect honesty, competence or assistance. The place validates every single negative stereotype you've ever heard about slimy car dealerships.
Although pricey, all the goods are top quality. Got what I needed to repair my inherited Deere riding mower. What was really good was the professional advice. They were happy to help the do it yourselfer and put no pressure on to buy new or trade. Would return.
Took my boat in for minn kota trolling motor repair on a Tuesday Sept 7 2015 was told it would be ready by end of week Friday Sept 11. I called in that morning asking when my boat would be ready to pick up. Was told they have not even gotten to it yet. Gave benefit of doubt they were busy. Called back on Monday Sept 14 to get an update, was told again they was working to get to it and I should have by the next day. So I called every day that week trying to get an update. I showed up on Friday Sept 18 a total of 2 weeks now to pick up my boat. Walked in and to pick up my boat. They said we still have not gotten to it yet. I lost it. I told them I needed to pick up my boat regardless if it was fixing or not. I would take it else where to someone that want my business. I took my boat to the next closest Minn Kota dealer repair shop the same day Friday Sept 18. I took it to Hammers Trolling Motors in Molina, FL. About 25min away. I went in and described the issue of what my trolling motor and they said no problem we will call you by Monday Sept 21 and let you know what we have found. I drove home about 30 minutes away. I get a call about 10 minutes after getting home and they had already fixed my trolling motor. He had not had it an hour. Said it took all of 5 minutes to fix. Would advise if you need your boat worked on in a timely fashion and not get lead on about whats going on with it to take it elsewhere other than Wills Marine in Pensacola, FL.
Love the place the Manager has always been very friendly and fair even if I have been late. Place is clean and I referred someone and they gave me a $10 credit on my monthly rent. I rented a second unit and they gave me a discount for having two units. Would recommend the nine mile location as it has climate controlled units as well as non climate. They also rent Budget trucks and if you rent a truck from that location they gave me a free hand truck and lowered the price. I posted this on the computer at the storage place and didn't realize it would use their email address. This is pweaving. Thanks
I do not recommend these guys for service!Multiple issues over a 1 year period! I lived out of town in Baton Rouge and trusted them to re-power my cat. Initial estimate was 2.5 weeks and $2500 for the labor. After 1 year still not complete and the labor billed had grown to over $6k I especially dislike how they start the work then tell you the price to "complete" the job or put it back together!I ended up moving my boat to DayBreak!^_^!
Their service department is awful. The last two times I brought my vehicle, I spent over two hours waiting and when I left, the vehicle was not driveable, due to their technicians careless work. James Evans is an awful and clueless individual and a jerk who rejoices in giving bad news to customers. He is not helpful at all and while another service clerk was assigned to me, this James character will make it his mission to take over and make my experience miserable. There is a weird white guy who sits towards the middle who wears glasses (not Shane), who is very disrespectful and who picks and chooses and does have an attitude like he does not want to be there and I truly believe than him and the other clueless dude who sits by him are racists. The only ones who are professional at that counter is the female working there and Shane who are always willing to help. I must say that if this goofy character of James (this is how some of the other customers refer to him) keeps it up, he will upset the wrong person, and I refuse to be that person and lose everything because of an idiot like him and his antics; therefore, they lost my business for life. Me or someone else could had been killed on the road as the result of these clueless technicians negligence leaving a tire loose after a brake work, and James' refusal to let me use a loaner in order to go to work after spending the entire morning waiting on my vehicle
I agree with the other reviewer. They don't listen to your concern, they suggest other things that can be done to your car so they can charge you of something which eventually not going to solve the problem. They are servicing two of my cars, one of them I had to go to an independent mechanic because they can't solve the problem, being in there twice and paid for the first one. My second car is about to go to different mechanic due to problem not solve after being in their shop for two days, and paid with what they recommended.
The staff seemed like good guys and they were nice to speak with. However, I've had a lot of trouble with the sales and service departments at Harbor View Marine. I've spent a lot of money there. I even bought new boat and felt unappreciated and overcharged with every exchange.
