I brought in my mustang convertible last week to have the back glass resealed and the guys at Johnson Auto trim did a fantastic job it looked very professional you would have thought they had installed a new top I'm very happy with the job they did for me in only 2 days. I will send everyone I know to them and I will most certainly be back to have other projects done and you can't beat there prices hands down Thank You Again For A Outstanding Job On My Mustang!! I requested lloyds auto glass for a repair on 10/14/16 I tried to use a local and what I thought was a dependable company. Two days after my repair the inside glue started to fall in. I then had to take time out of my day to get this correxred. One week later my front windshield strip fly's off almost hitting another car. About a month goes by then my side molding stirps start to pop up. They keep fixing this issues however this is time out of my day and it should have been right day one! Today 3/8/17 I am driving out of town to Orlando and my passenger side molding stirp fly's off hitting the roof of my truck and hitting the car behind me! I call lloyds of course I'm upset this is unheard of this my safety that was being put at danger due to the poor workmanship. I was told it doesn't cause any safety concerns. I will be out of town for 9 days traveling this exposes the side of my windshield to possible road hazards this is totally unacceptable. I asked if they will pay for another company to fix my issues and they refused telling me when I return they will correct it. I inquired a bout my nation wide warranty but because I'm not moving it will not be honored!
On the recommendation of my mechanic, I went to Johnson's to have my headliner replaced. The work was nearly flawless and matched the pillars and sun visors perfectly. The cost was reasonable and the results were remarkable. A couple of weeks later, I took my wife's car in to have a section of her drivers seat replaced. Again, the work was amazing. I couldn't have been more pleased with Johnson's and will return for any needed repairs.
The owner is very rude and impossible to deal with. Very poor customer service, got agree to give oit simple fixes. Would not listen to to anything I said. VERY VERY rude
The headliner material was sagging in my Volvo XC90 and could not repair it myself. The only dealer option was to replace the entire headliner, big bucks. Called up Johnson's, scheduled an appointment job done in a day. Awesome work at a good price.
Took my 1998 Camaro SS Convertible to Johnsons. Had a slight worn spot in the white top and had the normal wear spot on the edge of the white leather seat on the drivers side where you get in. They quoted me prices that were a bit below what I had heard from different shops in the Pensacola area. The price for the roof was near the same. When I picked her up I literally had to catch my breath. It didn't just "look good". It looked like these folks sincerely wanted every aspect of stretching down the convertible top to be as it is supposed to be. The two front seats sincerely looked new. I thought of the price being a bit lower than most. For this level of fit and finish and care I would have probably paid "a nickel" extra. (but didn't have to!) EXCELLENT, HONEST folks and EXCELLENT work! Next Camaro Rag Top will be going to Johnson's also. No exaggeration. Legitimate, earned Kudo! They may destroy the next job, but I highly doubt it!
I stopped into Johnson's Auto Trim at the recommendation of Precision Auto because my head liner on my 2006 VW Beetle had come unglued and completely blocked my rear view vision. The friendly receptionist explained that due to all the cars affected by the recent flooding, she couldn't schedule me until the following week. The mechanic who looked at my car said, "Absolutely not; there. Is no way that. I would want my wife to drive around with such blocked vision." The receptionist explained that the mechanics were already overloaded with repairs, but this young man insisted on repairing my car right then if I was willing to stay for the time it would take to install. I was so taken back by such kindness, and my car was ready to go in 1 1/2 hours. The receptionist and I chatted and I read a magazine , and my car was ready to go in the time stated. It was an excellent job, but I was still so shocked by that man's kindness. He certainly went above and beyond my expectation.
