Incompetent Thieves. Do not rent from here. I left my laptop bag in the backseat while swapping out rentals here on 01-21-2017. The agent didn't help me clear the vehicle and their lost-&-found lost my laptop backpack with alot of gear. Ipad was erased before I could lock it. Do not trust Enterprise, Alamo, or National to return lost items.
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT rent from here! They are rude, harassing, and completely pathetic at customer service. I've been a LONG time customer of Enterprise (I'm one of the Elite renters), and I've NEVER had any problems like I've had with this district, even when renting for many months in a row! They harass you by driving by your home and sitting outside watching. They endlessly call/email you, and when you bring it up or tell them to stop, they put you on a "Do Not Rent" list and claim that you are threatening their employees!!! The NERVE of these people! I've exclusively rented from Enterprise for about 6 years now for myself and my company, and I can't tell people fast enough to AVOID THIS AREA! RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE! It'll save you a LOT of hassle! Just go somewhere else!

Enterprise is always my 1st choice for car rentals. Their deduct is lower than any of the other companies and they've always gone above and beyond to deliver great customer service. the staff if very friendly and courteous. I've rented from the Navy Blvd office for years and i've had nothing but positive experiences.
DO NOT USE PAYLESS CAR RENTAL. Payless Car Rental at the airport was closed upon my arrival at the Pensacola airport. I landed at 9:00 pm, well before the schedule close time of midnight. As a result of the Payless Car Rental leaving early and closing, I was forced to pay an additional $180 out of pocket for a similar rental with Alamo. When I called Payless to see if they would help cover the costs, the employee on the corporate helpline was extremely unprofessional and only provided a link for a request of compensation. Ultimately, they refused to compensate me for the difference and I was left with an additional $120 out of pocket. DO NOT USE.
Nightmare. Worst customer service I have ever had. Called five times and each time put on hold right after answering the phone. Most of those times, I had a simple question, but I had to hold for upwards of five minutes each time. The contract was not gone over and the car was not viewed in person with anyone from their service desk. Here's how this went down: Called and reserved car four days before. Called morning of to remind them to pick me up at Pete Moore Collision Center (where I was dropping off my car for a repair) and was put on hold for eight minutes. I waited an hour and forty minutes for someone to get me. The woman who picked me up told me that we had to drive to the other side of Pensacola in order to get a car. I asked why there was a Hertz literally half a mile away from our current location if we had to drive upwards of thirty minutes in order to get a car. When I got the keys, she said there were bugs on the front, but don't worry about those. We turned in the car to the same place we got it from and the customer service agent had no idea what charges could possibly go against my card. We did let the agent know that the car was not filled up. The next day, we got a call that we would be charged $10/gallon to fill up the car. When I argued the point (this is NOT in the contract nor was this EVER explained to me), they said they were going to be kind to me and charge me $75 instead of the actual $96 that it should be. I have called my insurance company and told them never to do business with these people again and I urge you not to make the same mistake that I did.
DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!This is the worse Enterprise location ever!! Tolanda the manager is very unprofessional and unorganized. I had a reservation and they had no cars (there was a lady that waited 4 hrs for a car). They almost ruined my trip to Tampa fl, until I went to Budget-Rent-A-Car and got a car!!

Several people were waiting for cars which usually means a long wait. But the three people working were both efficient and kind. However, I have two critiques which is why I'm only giving them three stars. First, the keys to the car were strange and the gentleman who handled my transaction did not explain them to me. Since I could not figure them out, I had to walk back into the terminal from the garage, lugging all my stuff. This was doubly difficult because I was traveling with my baby. Word of advice: if a customer is traveling with children, carry their luggage to the car for them. Both issues would have been avoided if someone had done this.
Enterprize on Hwy 29 is the way togo when you need a great price on a rental car. Each staff member was courteous and helped us with every need we had to make our experience as painless as possible. Thanks
