We used Promoworx for our company polos, and were more than disappointed. After paying for the shirts, they were delivered. We had to logos on the shirts, and they were both in the wrong places, as well as the wrong color. We took them back to Promoworx, requesting our money back. She said she couldn't refund us through our card, but could only write us a check. She wrote us a check for the subtotal that we paid (I guess they don't refund tax?), and I took it to our bank, which luckily happens to be her bank as well. When I attempted to deposit the check, the teller told me that they wouldn't be able to accept the check, and to call the issuer for more information. I called, and they didn't have money in the bank. They asked that I "wait about a week" before depositing it. I proceeded to call numerous times (over 4 hours) the second time I attempted to deposit the check, and no one answered. I waited about 10 minutes and called from another number, and they answered. They said they made a deposit and the money should be there tomorrow. Worse experience ever, I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Both the quality and the service are poor.
