I don't understand how people can leave a bad review about a business - when they didn't like the vape flavor they picked out...that has nothing to do with the service and is in poor taste to leave a bad review for the business itself. The staff here is amazing, I have bought four mod's and several tanks at both of the locations. I also pick up my vape juices and my coils weekly. Everyone is always willing to help, answer a million of my questions (literally, I like to know all the details!!) and truly want to help the customers quit smoking with the best results. They go above and beyond for me every single time. I can't recommend this place enough, the store is extremely clean, staff is beyond professional and helpful!!!!

They supposedly are open at 10am on Sunday's, yet I waited around until 11 and no one showed. No answer on the number provided and no explanation as to where everyone is. Guess I'll take my business somewhere else.
Customer Service was good.But the product pricing was over priced 12.99 for a 15ml bottle that's well over most other shops price which are about 10.99 or below. Too over priced for the products as well as the quality of the products themselves. I had purchased two flavors one being Unicorns Milk the other being Pluto.Pluto tasted like some kind of fruit blend which was very unpleasant almost like some kind of candy with a hint of mint. It was horrible but definitely not my favorite. It was harsh and hit the back of the throat to rough for my taste which is a problem i had not had since back in my 12+ Nic days. Sad to say i can't recommended this product.Next I tried Unicorn Milk which was the reason i had entered this business due to the large feed back i was receiving on the flavor people told me it was amazing. Finally having gotten a bottle i can say it was poor and bland with an aftertaste, it didn't stand out; there was no wow factor it was just a very plain flavor. That was not very good. All in all if your looking for a good Vape flavor and experience this is not the place for you, try another shop that has better and more quality Vapes.
I called the Store in advance to place and order. I made sure they had the items I needed in Stock. They did. I spoke with Jay he said he was holding all of the 10 items for me. Rachael took my order and I paid for all 10 items using American Express. The order went through my American Express card with FLYING COLORS. I was told my order would be ready for pick up in a couple of hours. I went to Pensacola Best Buy to pick up my order 3 hours later and they had No idea why my order was not ready. Now it's a day later they have my money via American Express and I still do not have my items. I spent over $2300 which they have the funds and I do not even have 1 of the 10 items that I paid for Online even when I called the store directly and placed my order with the store directly. This is Poor customer Service.
Great guys, great products! Making all new juices all the time. Highly advise all my friends and anybody else to go there. I go in there at least 3 times a month and enjoyable visits every time. On top of that very family friendly and give discounts to loyal return buyers :)
Great products, great staff, great products. I won't go anywhere else. The store is a clean comfy laid back atmosphere where you can hang out and lounge while sampling products or waiting for them to mix special orders. You will not be disappointed if you choose this store for all your vaping needs!

The store itself is ok, however, the customer service of the black tie plan is rediculous. I canceled my policy in March, was charged in April. I called again April, May, June all to be told that my refund claim was denied. I was then told that I would be transfered to a manager that could resolve the situation and was transfered to the switch board. The rep that answered a second time told me that the previous agent and "mis-informed me" and that there wasn't someone that could resolve the situation that I could be transfered. They are now re-examining the claim (again). Buyer beware...NEVER buy the black tie plan. You will not get what you paid for and they will charge you even after you cancel.
