If I could give a zero star rating, I most definitely would. I was given a 9am-5pm window with a 30 minute call ahead; when I requested a smaller window of time I received the response of 'sorry, our hands are tied.' I chose to take the day off work (unpaid), and waited for my expected delivery. I called at 2:00pm to ensure my item was out for delivery, which was confirmed. At 4:28pm, I called and asked for them to call the driver and reach an expected time frame, their response was the driver did not answer. I called back at 5:15 to receive their message machine saying they are closed for the day. I stayed home for over 11 hours to accommodate their delivery, only to NEVER receive any communication on their part. I've now contacted the seller for immediate return, this has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

My order was shipped on sept 28, it is now Oct 15 and still no package. When I received the email stating my order had been shipped it said est delivery oct 6 and I would contacted to set up a delivery date and time. On October 6 I still had not heard anything, so I called. The guy I spoke to said on their end the est delivery was oct 9. So I waited a couple more days, but still not heard anything. So oct 8 I called again. Spoke to someone else that said they showed it at the fl facility and they would transfer me to make my delivery appointment, only to be put on hold for them to finally tell me they didn't know where my package was and they would call me back in 2 hours. Did not receive a call until the next day and they finally set my appointment for the following week oct 15 (today) between 11am-3pm. Stayed at home all day waiting so I wouldn't miss it. At 2pm I called just to make sure it was going to be delivered and was told yes I am on the delivery roster today and should be delivered by 3. At 4:15 I called again and was told the driver is on his way and would call 30 min prior to delivery to make sure I was at home and they apologized because it was after 3. Well it is 6pm now and still nothing. I have wasted my whole day waiting for a package that originally stated delivery would be 9 days ago. I find it very ironic that this place is called "Quick" Delivery.
Horrible customer service. Can only call in from 7 - 2 to schedule appointments.
well where do i start.....My package arrived on 3/16 and was signed for by someone with the last name Cross. Today is 3/21 and i've still yet to be contacted or called back for that matter. I've called....and called..and called. I never get answered or called back. I emailed, then got a reply from someone named David Schoff. David said he'd forward it on. No my apologies i'll look into it for you, just i'll pass if off to someone else. Nice work there Dave! So I still sit here, without my TV, waiting.....just waiting. I would've gladly driven to Pensacola to pick it up, but NO ONE ANSWERS!!!!!!!
I had a 4pm apt for delivery 2nd of 3 deliveries, & they did not get me unloaded on schedule so I missed my final delivery.
