I went to this location on May 6th 2018, I requested the dollar special they had on the fish sandwich in the chicken sandwich and I was told by the young lady that they do not have that anymore I told her I just seen it on a commercial last night she said we don't have that anymore okay how about I just seen today again on a commercial they're still advertising it I don't understand I don't think this is right to the General Public.
On Friday, May 4th I visited this restaurant (Broad and Hwy 29) around 6:00. I went inside to place my order. The girl working the counter was slow and I waited for what i thought was longer than necessary to place my order. Having place my order (to go) ( two double cheeseburger meals) and while waiting for it to be served I was struck with just how unclean the place was. There was water standing around the drain in the waiting area floor. And, the floor around the grill was covered with food and other debris, very unsanitary. Perhaps just a coincidence but both my girlfriend and I got sick at the stomach and experienced some other problems within a couple of hours of eating. I honestly started to cancel my order and looking back I wish I had
I tried this place again after several years, it's a SHAME how they make us wait for food that's supposed to be "COOKED" upon ordering. Well, after waiting 20 minutes tonight for our meal, the food was almost warm and cold french fries! What was the wait for?! And this poor man was sitting in there when we arrived and 20 minutes and 3 orders later...he was STILL there! I asked "what's going on with his order?" The cook said she was going to drop some fries so they would be HOT...the girl at the counter said "just give him the COLD ones and get him out of here." Customer service at it's finest!!😠They need to close down or get people who care and can represent this company in a POSITIVE way!
Friendly helpful staff, coffee always fresh.
I live just a few miles from this Wendy's but I've only actually been there once. I went inside and the least that I could say is it was less than sanitary. I saw two cockroaches before I even got to the register. Watching how sloppy and unconscious of sanitation and mere cleanliness of the kitchen and the customers food, I turned around and walked out. The only good thing I can say is that the girl at the register was very polite and friendly.
I called to place an order. The cashier Refuse to take my call in order. Saying they are just making to order. Won't be back!
Been eating here for 60+ years. They must be doing something right. Good food, nice folks, fun atmosphere.
I went through what I thought was the drive through lane, because it circles the whole building but apparently you have to get in line from the parking lot. So this guy comes out to take the order of everyone in line and tells me I'm not in the right line. At first, of course, I tried to get in line, but backed up after he said that. So, a few cars later someone tells me to "go ahead", which I do, I get to the window and this entitled little punk tells me he will let me get away with it this time, but not to do it again (like he's talking to a 3 year old). I say, "someone let me go", and he says "yeah, because you forced your way in." But no, I didn't, I had actually backed up!!! So, I say "the line looks like the drive through because it circles the building", he says "ya know what give me the food back" hands me the card and says have a nice day. Well, of course I told him he is an ass, which he was from the word go. So....if you go there be sure to get in the right line. I will never go back and since that was my very first experience with Tops in Pensacola I will be sure to tell everyone I know about it!!! Btw, I've worked in the restaurant business for 20 years. Have a great day Tops!
Everything was hot and fresh love this place. The best Burger King in Pensacola. Everytime I go there they are always real friendly.
Food was average, but the place was filthy. The floors, tables, & the food bar utensils were greasy & dirty.
