TFT is a small computing shop tucked away on North Davis Hwy. It was recommended by other big retail chains for specialty needs for my particular case. One day I entered the business looking for hard to find screws for a laptop hard disk drive tray. I was immediately helped by their technicians (several, actually... which is a good thing). A very nice man not only found these obscure screws, but gave them to me at no cost! (Don't go in there expecting handouts though people lol). This is exactly what good customer service is all about. However.... A second problem arose with my computing system, and after calling everyone in town, I headed down to TFT with the hope they would at least give my problem a shot. I was flat out denied by a short, seemingly bitter man (he's seen in the yellowpages business video looking helpful). Here's the catch: the problem was with my PS3. Contrary to popular belief, Sony's PS3 is an actual computer. Look up the components online or crack one open for yourself, all the parts inside are either from laptop computers or desktop computers. All I required was a replacement cooling fan, the kind that are found in all computers and also found all over TFT shelves. TFT's brand support list includes Sony, by the way. So, if you're just looking for a nice mom and pop type computer service and repair store, you really can't go wrong, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
I love this place. They have so many great books in here, all that is missing is a reading nook and this place will become my new favorite place to read.
You sound like a complete moron. Whose fault is it that you were stupid and gullible enough to fall for their crap?
