Very honest garage. I had a two year old Napa battery in my car that had died. I brought my car here and he charged my battery at no charge. The battery died again two weeks later. I brought the car back and was told I evidently had a short somewhere in my electrical system and to leave the car. The owner called me within an hour and told me he found the problem was in the Bluetooth relay and gave me an estimate to fix it or disconnect it. I opted to disconnect it and was charged for only one hour labor. He could have taken hours to find the problem and charged me accordingly and I would have been none the wiser.

Great service! I had been in an auto accident years ago and had the repairwork professional repaired by Smitty's. Just recently I was involved in another accident and I knew just where to get my truck towed to....Smitty's. He does a fantastic paint job and of course body work. The color matched perfectly. I've been thinking about getting my entire truck repainted by him because he has really neat effects...like sparkle dust and fades. He almost has me talked into a design that he can add to the hood. It's pretty cool. If you can't tell...I'm very impressed by him and his work! :)
I first met Smitty in 1997 when no other body shop would restore my 1966 Dodge Charger. Smitty took on the job and took the car down to bare metal repaired all the "cancer" including quarter panels and wheel wells. I still own the car and it still looks perfect. Smitty restored another Charger a couple of years ago and did another fantastic job. He has done several fender bender repairs for me and my family and a lot of mechanical work. Smitty's the best with fair prices.
Recently replaced pads and rotors on my car. Watched You Tube and read websites. The employee at Carquest gave me extra pointers, steered me to another reputable business that turned the rotors (even made a phone call), etc. saved about $40 doing the job myself. Most car shop employees are under the hood jocks specializing in parts delivery, but this store truly wanted to help the average guy. Great job, Carquest!
I am a shop owner and when it comes to used parts I always use Butler. If they do not have a part (which is rare) they can usually have it shipped in within a couple of days. I have purchased over 10K worth of transmissions, engines, instrument clusters, etc.in the last 2 years with very few problems. I buy from them because I know that they stand behind the parts they sell.
What a great help, Bryan saved me a ton of money after my electric water pump went out. Towed my car to his shop, he had the part in two days, installed it with a fluid flush and oil change for half of anywhere else. I haven't done any performance changes yet, but so far the guys have been efficient and very friendly. Highly recommend.
This is a fantastic business! There has been multiple times where I had to buy tires from Butler's, and every time I was very satisfy with my purchase. They were all very affordable, and I even bought a battery from them, that was extremely nice because of the price and it worked perfectly with my car. Thank you!
Out of all the parts stores in town if I honestly had to choose which one to go to (w/o hesitation) I would go to advance because they truly do have the cheapest prices in in town on all there parts and the costumer service is excellent. Very friendly people and very knowledgable about all the parts.
They provide fast, friendly service for me and all my friends! They also maintain a great reputation as one of the honest mechanic shops in Pensacola! I will continue to send my friends and family to Pop!
Had a great experience with Pep Boys on Cervantes. Jerry, the manager, was experienced, informative, and professional. I purchased 4 new tires. And had an oil change there. I would recommend.
